Nice PO, and even better river access. It’s a good area to relax by the moving water. Spooked a flock of Mergansers on their cruise down the river one day, but I’ve spent countless hours along the banks unwinding.

I think it's equally important to write a positive review as well negative when sharing information. I want to acknowledge what a pleasant experience I had today at this post office. I drove a distance knowing that this post office had a good reputation for being kind and efficient. I was stressed to get some important mail sent overnight. It's too soon know the outcome of delivery but the woman working in the office this morning did everything at her end to accommodate me and make sure she provided me with great service. She took the time to package my mail in a smaller envelope so it would be delivered to an apartment mail box and double checked all my information. This was the best service I have had in a long time when Simone goes above and beyond to help someone!

Dan is the man! Very helpful, great experience. I’m new to the eBay world and the shipping involved does confuse me a little. he helped me out a lot answering my questions and just being overall pleasant. Best experience in a post office I’ve had in a long time.

Drove several miles to here. Cuz there is no more than 3 stars of usps in other locations, to check out this very outstanding rating place. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We live in Mayfield Village. First of all, I love the drive through Gates Mills. This post office is the best in the country! Another reviewer wrote that I and I agree! I’ve lived in 4 states and in various cities and most post offices are mean and grumpy.Have you ever asked to borrow a pen at another post office? They make it seem like you are asking them for world peace. The amazing staff at this post office not only will let you borrow a pen, but they will happily let you borrow it.Silly scenario, but those little things add up. They have candy for the kids and treats for the pups! The two women that work the counter are so pleasant to me and my children. I just love them!They call most of their customers by name and have an interest in asking them how everything is going in their lives!The people make this office so incredible. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, always.

I actually make a special trip to the Gates Mills post office instead of just tossing my mail in a box. Mary, Ed and all of the other staff are exceptional. They are very helpful with packaging options and always try to ship the most cost effective way.
