CC inserted @ Gates Mills Shell True North. No appropriate pay option so had to go inside & guess prepay amt. After pumping needed refund. Inside again & told CC to be credited w/in 2days & they were unable to provide refund receipt. What kind of scam is this!

I tried to fill gas from one pump on 31st jan 2019, around pm..I swiped my card pump didnt work then I filled gas from other pump .
When I looked at transactions of my card they charged me twice,I called gas station 5 23 pm same day ,and worker there said the 1st transaction wont be charged. But when I checked my monthly statement, ofcourse they charged me twice. I called the credit card service who called them for dispute and they refused to assist.
It's not a big amount but trying to let you know the gimmicks these ppl play by putting a faulty pump on and charge your credit twice....so please now on check your credit card statements. And yeah no more business to such pumps.

It was higher priced than others, but on my way to where I needes to be. Its clean, staff is friendly, a bit slow because they are chatty, but on the whole a nice place.
