Terrible experience. Took a sample with pictures of the greens needed. They loaded the wrong ones but said they were right and will look different. Said to come back and reselect but they guy quit so not honoring that commitment. Also, one of the greens died shortly after purchase and there is no warranty at all. Terrible customer service.

Mike was super knowledgeable without being pushy. Delivery was exactly on time and the guys were efficient and nice.

Most professional, knowledgeable staff, especially Mike. Office workers were completely polite and professional, would recommend them to everyone. Advice on what fertilizer/soil to purchase plus more than exceptional service and assistance loading a mature shrub into my jeep wrangler was beyond what I expected for the price. Fantastic prices and excellent service makes this nursery, one I highly recommend and encourage everyone to check out. 5+ Stars ?

After being told what my problem was at the greenhouse in Lyndhurst... which was I wanted bigger plants! I arrived to find rock star mike ... super helpful. Great big stuff!!! In love with this place

Delivery driver. Ha d to find entrance & office doesn’t get the phone. Workers are very rude & not nice at all. Mexican workers are good.

The customer service is terrible. I wanted some help and was told to wait until they were done eating their fast food. They didn’t offer an apology and didn’t care if a customer had to wait. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Maybe they treat their plants better than their customers?
