“Would recommend! They are very caring and will take the time to find the cause if your pets are not well. They care about them and you and they get you in right at your appointment time. They will also accomodate to add yout to the cancel list, so that if someone cancels you can get an earlier appointment. It doesn't always work out but it's nice that they offer this. Very happy with the care they provide. They recommended Liberla for the arthritis one of my pups has and it has been a game changer for her.”

“I moved to the area 13 days ago & my pets had their annuals the week before we moved so I felt like I didn’t need to rush to find veterinary care… I was wrong. One of my dogs got injured on his tail on moving day and we had been cleaning & changing the bandages, but when I removed the dressing yesterday his tail tip was black. I freaked out. I had passed Garrettsville Animal Hospital previously so I just put my dog in the car and drove straight there. My hope was that they could point me to the nearest emergency vet. Kelly welcomed me and remained calm while I sobbed at her desk. As luck would have it, their appointment for that time slot had canceled. Jessica took us back to a room and Dr. Marcia was in within seconds. We were treated with such compassion and kindness and the fact that everyone remained calm and loved on my sweet doggy is the reason I was able to calm down. Their obligation to a stranger off the street is zero, but they chose to treat us like part of their family and it’s obvious to me that caring for animals is absolutely their top priority. My dog’s tail is wrapped (he may still lose the tip but it’s nothing I need to freak out over), he’s on pain meds and antibiotics, and my family has a new veterinary clinic.”
