New lazy lady delivering our route throws packages, delivers when she feels like it and is nice enough to leave highly important mail at the neighbors houses instead of where it actually belongs. Everyone nearby is constantly delivering the mail to the correct address because apparently it’s not important to her to make sure the address is correct. I truly wish she would just get a different route or a different job because she absolutely sucks at this one!!!!

I'm sad to say that I have to rate our post office a one star when our regular mailman is very good and if it was just him I would have put five stars, but it's the substitute mailman Force my hand to put a one star. We've been dealing with this for a long time (about a year or so)with them too of them purposefully walking past our house and not delivering our mail and then when confronted about it they makes an excuse about our dogs being out when we know full well every time we see him they are put inside and all they do is bark at him through the window and it's gotten so bad that we have to always sit outside when he's delivering on our street which is Windham Street Just to make sure he delivers our mail And doesn't just walk by. I have elderly grandparents who have medicine especially from the VA that are delivered through the mail that they need delivered immediately and there was times where they didn't even get their medicine when he was on the route because he decided to just walk past our house and not deliver our mail HE IS VERY LAZY AND APPARENTLY NEEDS TO HAVE A SUPERVISOR WITH HIM AT ALL TIMES WHEN HE'S DELIVERING MAIL!!!!!

The new young girl they have in there is easily one of the best things that could’ve happened to this post office. Kind, funny, and tries to answer all of your questions!! She better stay!

I just tried to drop off a package for my mom in time for Mother’s Day. They locked the door at 4:27 and told me they were closed! I held my phone up to the glass and said it’s not 4:30 yet! The tall black gentleman told me “We go by our clock!” and pointed at the wall which had a hand clock that read 4:31. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!

1 STAR because they actually got 1 package delivered correctly though even that package was left to weather on the deck, rather than placing behind the storm door. 3 other packages have been lost and not delivered at all since 12/20. Trying to resolve these issues with the "Postmaster" is an exercise in futility. He is loud, overbearing and unprofessional. If you have other shipping options, use them and save yourself the aggravation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They throw packages at the end of the driveway instead of bringing it in. Some I never received at all half my mail goes to the neighbors or gets lost. I have stopped in numerous times to try and get it straightened out and there is absolutely no improvement. If anything it got worse very aggravated
