Well I had my first student jump today 7/7/24. Went amazingly, wind ended up changing on us while making the decent on the parachutes and so landing sequence changed. I ended up taking a pretty rough fall and hurt (possibly sprained) both my ankles. I had to write a review because these are the nicest people I have ever met. Genuinely, they made sure I was ok, and helped me get into a vehicle to get back to the hangar. They carried me from the little truck to a couch, got me ice packs, helped me elevate my ankles, got me a Gatorade, advil and someone even gave me a taco. So many people came up to me to check on me while I laid on the couch for probably close to a couple hours. The instructors and some others shared some of their experiences to make me feel better and I was awe struck by this group of amazing people. Even though I took a rough fall I will definitely be on my way back pretty soon to continue my student training! These people aren’t just working a job. They have a genuine passion for it and care about everyone way more than I anticipated.

First, when you’re going to do something extreme (and extremely fun) like skydiving, you want educated, honest, straightforward people. The owners and instructors at Cleveland Skydive are absolutely amazing. They are genuine people who have made a community of great and talented individuals.
As a business owner, I am keen on customer service.
Everyone here, especially the owners, are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. If you ask questions, they are there to help and will continue to encourage it.
It is also still a business so they keep things moving and they keep everything fair across the board for each customer, as you should.
I ended up doing the AFF instruction to get certified for solo jumping and it has been nothing but a blessing.
Each instructor is caring, specific, open-minded, and fun to work with.
Regarding negative comments in this thread, most comes from lack of knowledge on skydiving. Weather conditions limit things, weight limit on tandems, available instructors, etc. they prioritize safety over simply pleasing you which is EXACTLY what you should want when jumping out of a plane.
Give them a call yourself and let the experience and great people show you why this is the place to skydive. Better yet, come join me n getting certified! It’s totally worth it (and a great price).

First time skydiving and had an amazing experience. Everyone working here is awesome, shoutout to my man Randn for jumping with me and making sure i had a great time. Big ups to my girl Cyndi for prepping us for the jump and being hilarious.

I surprised my husband on his birthday. He has never been on a plane before. So I wanted him first experience affiliated with a plane to be everything and it was from beginning to end!!’ The only part I didn’t care for was after paying for the jump plus an additional package called the ultimate. I was still being offered yet another slide set of pictures to buy that I was under the impression it was apart of my $200 ultimate package. But before that debauchery. It was truly an absolutely an amazing experience!!!’ Everyone was nice and kind.

I went with my gf as a surprise for our anniversary and it was a blast. They were nice and professional. I went as a tandem with one of their experienced divers and bought the video package to show my friends and family. Would do again with them and would recommend.

This place and people are amazing. Ive never been in any type of plane before and this is how i chose to do it. From Cyndi who got me ready to go, to my instructor Randn who was very informative, to Logan who took the video of my jump and helped keep me calm on the plan. Definitely recommend and I will be returning for another jump this season. Thank you for this awesome experience. I can check this off my bucket list now.

David was my instructor and he was the coolest! It was my second time doing it there and he made it super smooth. Great time and nice people...want to do it 10 more times!

Such a great experience for my 40th! Weather was iffy in morning but I called ahead to confirm and they kept me up to date with what was going on. Very friendly group! Logan was my instructor and he was amazing! Kora did my video package and she did a great job with that! Definitely will go here again!!!

logan and tony gave me the most amazing experience ever. definitely will be back. i was so scared before i got there and honestly if i didn't have the team there to encourage me i would have backed out but they made me feel so safe i even got to pull the parachute ! 10/10

5/5 stars!! This place is amazing. Everyone is so professional and kind. My instructor was Nate and he is the absolute best. Book him for your tandem skydive and Kora for all the incredible pictures and videos!! It was the best experience in my life and I will be jumping again. Thank you Cleveland Skydiving Center!

Hello everyone, this was my very first time here. My daughter went to skydive. I went for support. They have you watch a video before hand, which is cool very short to the point she was not able to go when she originally scheduled because the weather didn’t permit, but she was able to reschedule for this past Saturday, I was so nervous and my anxiety was high, but the staff made me feel a little better. She said it was an undescribable experience, but she loved it. There was another customer that did not like it and felt sick and lightheaded. I met a couple that and they loved it so it all depends on the person I assume what you eat beforehand, and if there are any health issues. It’s best to let them know. My daughter said that she would definitely do it again. I don’t know if I will ever but if I do, I would probably come back here. She has yet to receive her which they said that they will email if it is a bad quality I will be leaving another review.. But other than that, a wonderful experience, a wonderful drive there with plenty beautiful scenes to see.

I will definitely be going again! My tandem instructor was Logan and I highly recommend him and the CSC as a first time jumper. I felt completely safe and secure having this awesome experience.
