Terrible experience. Most expensive oil change of my life and they couldn't even put the rock guard back on. I had to ask them to give it back and they didn't even give me the bolts, most likely because they broke half of them off. I hate to say it but I'd rather go to Walmart for an oil change.

Love this place great service great people and in and out service. Wait time isn't even bad 15 20 minutes and they offer bottled water. Talk to you through there steps. Highly recommend

I wish they were all affiliated. I went to the one in Middleburg hts for oil change the one in Garfield hts didn’t have me on file so they wouldn’t top off… I had to purchase an engine fuel cleaner to get topped off.. ?? Other than that they were nice and efficient!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever received for anything. Waited 45 minutes behind a car that was all ready in the bay when I got there. Nobody was doing anything. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting, the car in the bay pulled out. I'm not even sure it got an oil change because I didn't see anyone doing anything. Then a guy guided me into the bay and never said a word. Next time I saw him a few minutes later he went to the car behind (which was outside) and started checking its tires for air pressure. At that point I'd had enough and asked some other guy to open the bay door so I could leave. I don't know if Take 5 service is always that bad, but it was on July 24, 2023 at 4:00.

Everyone is very courteous, friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Offer you a cold bottle of water. That is very appreciated..Let's you know about how long it will take, especially if it's crowded..and they will check your fulids.Thank you

I would leave no stars if I could. The location opens at 7:00 am and it’s 7:30 am and they still aren’t open. No one has arrived to service the customers.

I been going to take five for years but I quit going because the service was gotten horrible but today July 17th 2023 I was driving by on turney road n decided to stop glad I did there was three males working the first one greeted me with a water name Maylk kept apologizing they will be there soon as possible I waited for at least 20 minutes but the manager he was limping n still hustling trying to get all those cars out in a timely manner then I met William he did my oil change very respectful n knowledgeable about my car clearly they need more help but never once complain these 3 men are the best and take five better keep them around !!!!!!! and they all deserve a shout out and a raise$$$$ II wish I was undercover boss because I would have taken care of them for life!!! these kind of workers you keep around keep up the good work guys and Hopefully Take 5 paid you great and get you some help up in there soon thank you very much for your kindness today I will be back !!!!! The guy look like he didn’t know what he was doing. And had no knowledge of the rental contract policy, and also work to slow something that could’ve been done in 10 minutes it took them more than that and they were not even busy never again too expensive also
