I came to the gym to cancel my membership back in January completed paperwork, they told me it was canceled. They continued to charge me again starting in march All the way up until this month. After unsuccessfully reaching out to Planet Fitness attempting to speak with the manager to get this issue resolved. I finally spoke with the worker a week ago and she told me that they didn't have a manager anymore and that she would cancel the membership and somehow in january, they did not do what they should have done correctly.

I no longer like this location after 3yrs. I was denied access at 840pm because the manager said he didn’t want anyone new coming in the last 30min before closing. Other people were still working out at the time. Two days before that I was turned around for wearing crocs (which never happened before) This is not a bad thing & I went to switch my shoes with no problem. But maybe put a sign on the door instead of calling people out at the front desk to turn around get out…. This is not a policy issue, this is a treatment issue. I hope you understand!!

This is the cleanest PF that I’ve been to! They are always mopping, wiping down the machines or dusting. The bathroom/shower is ALWAYS clean and smelling fresh! The trainer is AWESOME too! Keeps me accountable and ensures I am exercising correctly and using the machines properly.

The trainer was detail oriented, noticed my posture & balance was off, asked if I had custom shoe inserts. I do have custom inserts & wore them the previous time......not this day & she noticed & questioned it. She was patient during my work out to ensure I had correct form. I was very comfortable trying new exercises & pushing myself to accomplish what I thought I couldn't.

FITNESS SCAM They also have to be able to write their own check on your bank account or directly charge your credit card. I never trust a company that won't let you pay for a full years membership up front.
If you accepted payment in full there be no need to worry about keep people on time, it's all paid for! Providing payment information and you storing it in your computer system which can be hack is irresponsible of you and the company.

I recently signed back up. It's been awhile and feels good to be back. I like how everything is arranged in the place, easy to move around. Not crowded and I can watch TV while I run. Everyone is chill.

The staff is friendly and they work hard to keep the gym clean for which it is! They also greet people as they come and go on a regular basis. Good at helping with tanning beds, massagers and purchases.
