Do not use this Company!!! They are the definition of "Bait & Switch"!!! Quoted me $450.00 to pick up an order from a distributor then when they actually had the package the freight charge changed to over $1000.00!!!! There are better options in Cleveland such as Pitt Ohio and Dayton Freight! Hell I'd use UPS or Fed Ex before I ever use this Company again. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!!!

4/5/22 Received damaged delivery, driver Michael Planinac took picture and we discuss damage etc... He did not report damage and the sender refuses to accept damage item back and still wants payment. Waiting for response from Old Dominion Supervisor4/8/22 Spoke to Supervisor Matt who spoke to driver Michael Planinac and Michael claims did not take pictures or recall our conversation. This company does not care how their freight is loaded. It takes time away from the people that have to unload their trucks, and causes their drivers and the warehouse associates to work longer hours. I work for a tire warehouse and everytime they deliver it looks like they just pile the tires in any way they can. If I had they power I would choose another carrier, I think even swift trucking might be better.

I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up some speakers that were to be delivered to my house....based on other experiences with other companies I expected problems.....everyone was very nice, from the person who answered the phone and set up the pick up to the guy who brought it out and was nice enough to help us load the car. I was pretty impressed with everyone I dealt with.

Even though there was some confusion on both sides about unloading the delivery, the driver was the bomb dot com in helping me out (I forget his name). He was able to maneuver a fairly large truck through the tight corners of a CubeSmart, and took the time to help me get my items into the locker. Truly a standup guy and standup company. Would recommend!
