We had some problems initially with communication between Lincare and our ordering physician but Crystal patiently helped us through that. Victoria (Tori) provided an excellent introduction to the CPAP machine.

The customer service is always friendly and remember me soon as I call and the drivers pleasant to talk to and ask if there's anything else I need before they leave and if I ever have an issue with my equipment they arrive in a timely manner to repair or replace.

Great instructions and walk through with Tori Russo. She answered questions before they were asked and trouble shot issues you may have.
