You won’t find someone as professional, honest and knowledgeable as Ken. We definitely scored finding KNK MOBILE TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR.
I’m so glad we didn’t have to waste anymore, time trying to figure out the problem.
For ever grateful Ken didn’t take advantage of us” and our situation..the way others have. It was more like calling on a family member that looks out for you.
He taught us so much…just overall an awesome person.

We had been promised by another company that they would come and look at our truck which broken down and they would be there about 11:00 p.m. (5 hours) but I could not get ahold of another mobile service near Avon. They called back and changed the time to midnight. After which they called back and said it would be 5:00 the next morning. Our driver had a delivery at 08:00 the next morning which meant he would miss his delivery time. I called Ken at KNK. It was a distance away, but Ken said he would go take a look at it and care for it if he could. (I did not tell him we had that 8:00 delivery...he seems to realize when your truck is down you can't be making money.) He arrived in about 20 minutes, looked at the truck and quickly diagnosed the problem. He could not get the small part that was needed but was able to do a temporary fix until we can get the truck into the shop to fix it as needed. What a great attitude Ken had. Our driver was back on the road and able to make his delivery on time! I could say many good things about this company. They are honest; fair in their pricing; great communicator; just all around great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend KNK Mobile Truck and Trailer Service!!!!
I must add a postscript to this review. After all that KNK did for us, Ken texted the next day to be sure our driver made it on time to his delivery and that there had been no more issues. This company really cares!

It’s almost impossible to find 10/10 mobile service. But these guys really exceeded my expectation. I called Ken for an issue I have in my drop deck trailer that two different shops couldn’t fix, and Ken and his hard working team did an outstanding job and got all the lights fixed in my trailer. Everything works now like it should, and his price was very reasonable. He knows how to take care of owner operators and I really appreciate it.I highly recommend KNK Mobile Truck and Trailer Repair LLC.

The most honest mechanic on the road, I’ve met thus far. Went to customer with broken trailer bumper.. called KNK showed up quick and price was so cheap super professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this man service all day everyday.. he ended up lowering his initial quote for the repair.. stay awesome brother ?????

After a failed attempt from Driver Road Service .... I was fortunate enough to find Ken! He was beyond willing to help us out with a light issue on our trailer. When we couldn't get them all working through phone calls and texts...Ken didn't hesitate to come out at 9p on a Saturday!!!
