This place sucks in specific, the Garfield location has the worst tax professionals. Some of the tax professionals don't know the laws and could get u in trouble with the irs. This happened one time when a tax professionals falsely claimed someone as a dependent and after being called about it. Insisted she was right even though the law says otherwise
