Would like to give zero stars for the curbside pickup experience.
Went to pick up my order after receiving text it was ready and no one came out with the order. No one answered the phone at curbside pickup. After 1/2 hour, I was told your order isn't ready and no shoppers are there either. Curbside personnel went home at 6pm even though my pickup was scheduled for 7 pm. When I asked how could I get a pick up message if no one pulled the order, I was told it must be some "technical glitch". Really?
Of course, there's an automated message at corporate to call back at 8 am in the morning even though they are supposed to have 8 - 8pm ET customer service. What a waste of time this place is!

Cashier was so slow I thought... yes, hiring 10th graders who cant think or talk to ring up my $150 worth of bearly empty bags is a great idea.
$7.00 for a bag of Doritos? What the heck?

The Pharmacy staff are wonderful. This has been my pharmacy for nearly 15 years. Emily. Karen and the techs are helpful, courteous and professional.

I really like this Giant Eagle, it’s not the easiest to get to hit it’s never as crowded as the others!

I like their products and customer service, but they have marked up prices ridiculously! I'm buying less there than I used to while shopping more at Aldi's and TARGET.

Didn’t have the best experience here but manager called and wanted to make things right. Sadly nothing was followed through. Will not be back.

Most stupid self checkout. You must have their rewards card to use it. Completely out of reality and detrimental for people with disabilities, elderly, or just ppl that don't want to provide their own private info
