I’ve been using Giant Eagle Pharmacy since they opened many years ago. Recently they have the worst customer service techs, when you call up to ask for a prescription quote, they won’t give a price and tell you with an attitude you must come in to get the prescription. The pharmacist they are very helpful and the prices are low, it’s just that you have to put up with the worst customer service. I have complained a few times To the manager but it seems like it has not been resolved. Just be aware if you go through the pharmacy at giant Eagle they will not be Friendly.

Avoid them at all cost, not worth the aggravation!, the dark haired woman that checks your prescriptions in for the pharmacist to fill needs a serious attitude adjustment, The "B" word fits her perfectly, It now takes a day and half to fill a Very Common blood pressure pill. Again avoid the aggravation go someplace else.

Went here immediately after my knee surgery. They said to come back in 30 minutes only then to be informed they didn't have the medicine at all which 1) seems like something they could have quickly checked before we left or 2) could have called about. Would not recommend.
