“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

I did not realize Ollie's carried as many different things as they do
I went there to purchase a round area rug for my dining room table I also found some other items that I didn't expect to be found at Ollie's

“Love Dollar Tree. Staff is always helpful n easy going. Holiday decorations by the ton n helium balloons for $1.25. Can't beat that since their at least $4.50-$6 anywhere else. Tons of parking to. Brittney n Randall are Freakin Awesome ??

“Store is clean, shelves are stocked, employees are a bit stand offish and dry but maybe it's due to how ignorant and nasty some customers tend to be shopping there at times. The store is fine but some of the customers need to learn how to act like they were taught a little home training and manners. Maybe A Security Guard would help.”

“I’m not sure what all the negativity and complaints are about. I’ve been to this store several times and I’ve never had a problem. I’m not talking for a few things either, but around $100 or so. I have always been able to find everything and I have always had good customer service. If it is really that bad at this store for some, maybe you should stop whining and go somewhere else. No one is forced to come in here against your will. Life is full of choices, including the choice to come here and shop or choose not to.
I can’t stand when people complain about a place so bad, but keep coming back. Clearly it’s not changing to your liking so go elsewhere. If I go in somewhere and don’t like it, I don’t go back. Then if I do choose to go back, well that’s my choice and own fault.”

“It would be GREAT if you would supply some of the mid sized shopping carts like the ones in the Coventry store. Persons in power chairs or wheel chairs can move these about the store with ease. Instead of having to put items in bags hanging from chair, which may cause some fears among loss prevention. Otherwise, I like shopping at all of the Marcs stores, closeout is always an adventure in discovery.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received from Dionte O (the cashier on my receipt). He greeted me very warmly and proceeded to ring up my purchase. I have shopped here since 2005 and this young man was the very first to show such great customer service. He maintained eye contact when greeting me and thanked me for my business And added have a blessed day! I was proud to see such service from a teenager. Unfortunately, in the past this has not always been the case. He is definitely a hidden gem working at this store.The store was well stocked and quite orderly as well.
