The guy who runs this place should have his license taken away. I have never seen such illegal and unethical business practices in my life. He will commit atrocities for pennies. His first business was shut down and this location is ghetto. I've lived in Garfield most my life. Shootings in charak parking lot and an actual crackhead with a baby using a children's toy car to ride around the parking lot drinking a 40oz. I could go on. Ohio guidestone is where you want to be.

Ranjan is a narcissist and threatens to sue patients who leave bad reviews. He abuses patients and staff.He is a scammer who falsifies his drug program results also. He forces employees to make false positive reviews.

Charak center for healing is the most awesome place for Mental health!!! I had been going to other mental health centers and they never seemed to get on board of what was going on with me. My anxiety was high just to walk in there door for appointments. When I finally thought this is getting better my Dr's would leave. I have had the best treatment with smiles and joy from the crew here at Charak. My mental health has never been this stable. I love you all and Thank you for listening and helping me.:)

Pharmacist, Charles, believes it is his job to judge and to be condescending to anyone who is trying to get their medications filled. He blatantly lied several times while we he was on the phone with me, I then asked to be transferred to someone else, and he hung up on me...I've been going to this center for 4 years now and have never been treated with such disrespect.Most of the staff is kind, others, like Charles, think they're better than you and do not try to help the situation at all.They will try to get you hooked on a medication, then not let you fill your prescription anywhere else, even if they do not carry it.. you will just have to wait.If it's not about the bottom line, they could really care less.The turnover of their employees is AN ISSUE!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. They are nothing but crooks. I got a little behind on my bill for therapy and they cut me off of my medications. Who does that? People needs their meds. But they continued to allow me therapy sessions, because they can bill my insurance company $250.00 per session. Very disreputable and unethical practices.

Charak saved my life all the staff staff are the best. They dont judge you for anything youve done in ur past . you can tell them anything. Ive been here now for a yr n 10 mo.im like a wall fixture now lol. But im super glad i stayed. Shout out to MJ laura anna aubrey Bethany i love u all. And thank u for saving my life... this is a update I didn't mention one other person Darlene had a big hand in it. And also it's almost been 5 yrs now and I'm still there I have to say they really made it easy for me to stay sober again a thank you charak.!!!!!!

Consistent issues with this place, such a rip off as they tried to charge me 80 just to sign a paper and send to my job when i pay for an appointment every month. In addition they treat all patients as they were court ordered to go there find elsewhere if able too. Lasty, the gentleman that works at the front desk is rudy and lazy

Urine tests have allegedly come back positive twice, once for opiates & once for THC, and I don't use any drugs or even drink (or associate w/ people who do). My name/info hasn't even been written on the sample cup a few times when they hand it to me. It usually takes over an hour to get my script of just 7 doses & there won't be anyone else waiting. On the plus side, if you do well in their programs, you'll progress to the next steps early, which I did. Sujay, Laura, Erica, Marisa, Analia, Noah & Stephen are all my favorites & make me feel like they really care. I can't say the same for a couple of the providers I've seen. I was recently told, "I'm trying to find any reason at all to not give you your meds today" (imagine telling a customer, who is trying to better themselves by coming to you, that you're looking for any reason to not help them). I was nearly in tears once after the combative way I was spoken to within seconds of meeting them for the 1st time. I am a very passive, agreeable, quiet person so it's a bit startling when I'm spoken to this way. Never knowing if my test results will accurately reflect my actions, or if I'll be accused of doing something I haven't done, or if I'll be met with an abrasive tone, or if I'll be able to get my medications causes me anxiety every time I come here & that's unfortunate.

I have been coming to Charak since 2016. This place has helped me be successful in so many aspects of my life. Everyone is very friendly and has the right resources for any challenge you need to resolve. Very clean environment and restrooms. Would recommend to anyone. Ps the front desk is wonderful, I had made many new friends throughout my time here. (Ceejay)

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first visit with the psychiatrist he was twisting my words and the next thing I had happen was him diagnosising me with bipolar disorder 1. Yah that's not possible to do because it takes multiple appointments. I would not recommend this place for any kind of help.

I was new to the area. I had been on medication for attention deficit since 2000. I started seeing a therapist and was told I would be set up with a doctor as will need reassessed for my illness. I had been on the same medication for many years with good effect. I saw a therapist there for several weeks. After several weeks I asked her when would I be seeing the doctor for that assessment. She then told me that man quit and they were waiting for a new professional to do the assessment. So basically this office just strung me along for over a month never telling me they had no one working with the office with the credentials to provide me with medication I had been taking for decades . The lack of communication concerning my care was unforgivable. The therapist I was originally assigned, put the paperwork through but the secretaries misplaced it. No one ever informed me they had no one in that needed position. The only contact that office focused on was the bill. I looked at other reviews. A staff member complained that all the CEO cared about was money. As a client I can tell you that was exactly my experience. I would not go to this office ever again. In fact I am really turned off by any mental health counseling in this area.

I have fought for weeks to get my "symptoms" treatment. The severe symptoms only started since I started taking meds. I sobbed and have mental breakdowns everyday and I've been told there's nothing to do but go to the emergency room.

If you love your family DON"T take them here! After sitting in on multiple appointments via phone and many complaints from my son I found some SERIOUS and DANGEROUS problems. We've been through 5 councilors and none of them showed full attention to my son, they would play on their phones, take multiple calls and then ignore half of what my son said and would talk about themselves. The medication therapists at this company only care about pushing medication and their 5 star rating. I was bribed by the head of the facility to give a 5 star rating(which I did not) and after every single appointment my son has been asked to give a 5 star for each person.... A MINOR is put in a position to give a 5 star rating... So, be careful what you read about this facility. My son had been debilitating sick every single day after starting a 3rd medication for several months, we figured out that indeed it was the medication. He had stopped it and then has been doing wonderfully, he was talking to Dr. Shalinay and telling her how much better he feels after stopping the 3rd medication. I then over hear her telling him that since he stopped that 1 particular medication that she's going to have to put him on more medication. Telling a minor this is totally wrong, she then refused the discussion with me and wanted to speak with his father. My son was so upset that she didn't even care about his physical health. This is not our first run in with these people. This place is dangerous to your children's mental and physical health!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
