“Rick and Mike in service are always fabulous to work with. Rick really came through this weekend. Friday, my car started to make a whirling noise when I took my foot off the gas. I talked to Rick and dropped my car off Saturday morning not expecting any work to be done for a few days. I get a text Saturday afternoon that the work was done. Rick knew I was going to the playoff game so he knew I would not be able to pick it up. I came and picked up the car this morning. He told me there was a cancelation Saturday, so he was able to get the car services, and the extended warranty covered it. I highly recommend Rick and Mike and the Motorcars Volvo service department.”

They were very friendly and made it clear what services they had as well as there products. I got the inside and outside wash and they did a great job. I felt like the cost was fair and competitive. “Such a great place to get my car detailed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND . I worked from their office space area while they cleaned my car. When I got home I noticed a bit of a few dry spots of the left over soap and called and the owner James and immediately said he’d fix it and bring it in when I had time. Luckily I was able to come same day and James made it right. Was my fault for not looking before I left. If that’s not good business service idk what is as he was willing to fix it just on my word. Definitely will recommend his services and also come back for another one once the winter season has ended. Thanks so much for my clean car!!!”

I sure miss the towel drying and wish the back windshield was as clean as the rest of my car, 2024 Outback XT. The back-windshield is totally messy and I have to rewash it and hand dry it at home. “When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“I love the Lazer Wash because it doesn't use any brushes. It's a 100% touch less car wash. Even without brushes it does a fantastic job cleaning your car leaving it with a nice shine.”
“Richard was very accommodating, and was able to schedule me for t same day service. I had flexibility so he kept me updated with his schedule and arrived when he estimated he would and completed the job within the time frame he estimated. The vehicle hadn't been cleaned in a long time but looked new after he was done! Would recommend and will be using Sturms again!”
