When I go into the store monthly to pay the bill it's like family due to the professional service with a smile ? I'll never go anywhere else including paying my bill online. Only if I could rate it more than five stars ? ?

Not so good service ? No I definitely have the right location. My husband and I were the customers knocking and knocking for 5 minutes with an OPEN side lit up. As we were heading back to our car a lady came to unlock the door. As we entered she was very upset as we disturbed her she barely spoke when I said hello. So as I said terrible customer service and terrible mobile service. Constant dropped calls or no ? service connection I'll be changing services ??

I bought a 11pro showing love to a local phone store. And the mf phone was broken the battery never stayed in the phone ….. I pulled up to look about a refund or something and supposedly the owner becomes sick for at least 2 months I don’t stay in Cleveland so I decided to call instead of doing the pop ups (6+ times ) he answers and says that I took to long to come back to the store like awful customer service

Yes I was in there store on Turney just an hour ago and the guy that helped me out Ahmed was great, I would recommend this boost mobile store they have everything you need he had the case for my phone and charger everything great experience there thanks a lot Ahmed.
