Tony is the man! Great customer service!! Came in looking for a mattress after an exhausting day. Not only did Tony find me a great one. But, it was on sale!!! I've loved this big lots for years and I will continue to shop there!! Don't ever leave Garfield!!

I wish there were negative points to give because I certainly would. I have never seen worst customer service in my life. There was one employee that had awesome customer service. I believe him name is Marselous. He had a smile and a great attitude. As for the other workers and the manager you should be ashamed of one how you talk to each other. Two how you just didn’t care that you had a line wrapped around and out into furniture. And finally how you treat your customers! I have never been so irritated with a store. I am reporting this to corporate as well. I will NEVER visit again!
