Always fast snd polite when I need to ship packages. Standing in line a few times, I’ve witnessed some of what they have to deal with. They are saints for putting up with what they do every day.

Went at noon on a weekday with my shipping labels already printed. No other customers; lady at the counter scanned them and I was on my way.

Went to get my fingerprints taken around 1:30pm today but Tia informed me that they had a busy schedule to accommodate people that were applying passports, which I could understand. I was asked to return after 4:30pm since they close at 5:00pm. So I got off from work early and got there at 4:40pm for Aaron to tell me that they couldn’t help me because it is too late. These are the kind of people that USPS has assisting their customers. What I was basically told was it’s almost 5:00pm, and she doesn’t have the time to get that done because she has better things to do besides processing my transaction. Poor communication between the two employees, terrible customer service and no real effort to assist the people they are serving.

Lady that does passport applications at this location is rude and obnoxious. She needs to learn some customer service skills. The rudest USPS worker I have ever meet. She is also very lazy took her 30 min to process but they make 15 min appointments

This location seems very shiesty, I ordered a package to my home and my package was held without my consent at the Galloway post office location, and was tracked to the Galloway location. Nobody can seem to find my package they keep telling me to go to the georgesville location, went there twice they don't have it. Never had these type of problems before just moved to Galloway and I'm scared to order anything now. Never had this problem in the past, I would advise anyone moving in the area to deal with a different location. Will be filing a missing package report.

Don't schedule passport appointments at this location. Both times they've canceled on me 30 minutes before the appointment stating the employee that handles it didn't show up to work?? These appointments were scheduled 1 month in advance, too. Do better or don't offer the service in the first place.

I would not come here to get passport, the lady that is only one able to do so, helped an appointment before their time spot, making mine late. Then said I would have to re schedule. Some what rude both times I’ve came trying to get passport. I recommend going to a more professional personnel

If zero stars was an option. I’ve been running a business since 2016 and spend thousands with usps and always tolerate the attitude at this location. Today I went in to get priority padded envelopes as I have been doing for years and she tells me they don’t hand those out there or put them out in the lobby where I have been getting them for years. Ok lady how have I shipped thousands of packages through you then prior? I have ordered them online but it always takes way too long which is hilarious given you order something from our daily mail carrier but those take weeks.
I politely sat outside until they opened their doors for the morning and I could already tell when j said good morning with a smile she wasn’t having it. Just mean face mad like how dare someone come in at open. Well I need every minute of the day.
She proceeds to tell me the max they ever give is 6, also false. I have received more than that from then many of times.
That’s it for me usos. Moving to a private carrier to send our 60-80 packages a month. UPS driver is always much nicer anyway.
I do hope they find happiness in there because living with that kind of negative in your life day in and out is sad to see

Usually ok, but I've been several times during business hours and their not open? So I can't pick up mail that's been delivered to the post office even though it's during posted hours. This really shouldn't be allowed, have absolutely no idea why this happens multiple times

I have been to this location twice to pick up a letter and they are never there and I have been there with in normal business hours! Are they never there? How do I get my letter?

I came in to ship a package, and I was met with the most disrespectful customer service experience I've ever encountered. Erin, the black lady working there, told me I needed to buy some tape to secure my package. When I asked if I could use the tape that was right next to my package, she flat-out refused and said I had to buy some.
I told her I wasn't going to buy any tape and would just go home to tape it up. Instead of being professional, she started laughing at me. Her reaction made me even angrier the more I thought about it. I decided to go to another store where they happily taped my package and sent it off without any issues.
I was so infuriated by Erin's treatment that I went back just to get her name for this review. It seems like Erin goes out of her way to treat customers with total disrespect. I can't believe she still has a job there. Clearly, she is not a good fit for this position.

The black lady at the front desk was just extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when I was speaking and talking to me like a child. I also noticed her being rude the the man in front of me. USPS do better!!!
