Usually ok, but I've been several times during business hours and their not open? So I can't pick up mail that's been delivered to the post office even though it's during posted hours. This really shouldn't be allowed, have absolutely no idea why this happens multiple times

I have been to this location twice to pick up a letter and they are never there and I have been there with in normal business hours! Are they never there? How do I get my letter?

I came in to ship a package, and I was met with the most disrespectful customer service experience I've ever encountered. Erin, the black lady working there, told me I needed to buy some tape to secure my package. When I asked if I could use the tape that was right next to my package, she flat-out refused and said I had to buy some.
I told her I wasn't going to buy any tape and would just go home to tape it up. Instead of being professional, she started laughing at me. Her reaction made me even angrier the more I thought about it. I decided to go to another store where they happily taped my package and sent it off without any issues.
I was so infuriated by Erin's treatment that I went back just to get her name for this review. It seems like Erin goes out of her way to treat customers with total disrespect. I can't believe she still has a job there. Clearly, she is not a good fit for this position.

The black lady at the front desk was just extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when I was speaking and talking to me like a child. I also noticed her being rude the the man in front of me. USPS do better!!!

DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGES OFF WITHOUT MAKING SOMEONE SCAN IT AND GIVE YOU A RECEIPT. THEY WILL NOT SCAN IT FOR A WEEK PLUS AND YOUR PACKAGES WILL ARRIVE LATE.

I asked for a change of address, filled it out turned it in, and it was never completed on their end. The lady working had no intentions on doing so. This makes the second time in several years that this post office has done this. Worst post offfice west of Columbus.

The black lady was already upset when we get there, and I just mentioned the word passport, oh no no we don't make passport at 4h30 pm, you need appointment,and I told her can you give us appointment and before even I finished my sentence, no no, everything on ligne, her behavior was so unprofessional, she was racist too because after she heard my accent, she started opening her mouth wider with no respect to me or the other people behind me. This happened on the day of May 8th, 2024 at 4h30 pm. People deserve better workers in this kind of public places.

Manager is extremely rude. I bring my packages here constantly and have never had to tape or answer 21 questions about my package.
Spent $5 on tape and got questioned after standing in line for 10 minutes while manager was belittling another customer in front of me.
Will be reporting manager.

The old skinny white lady with the fading blue dye in her hair came off INCREDIBLY racist to this poor couple that was Spanish speaking and struggling to understand her. She was being so disrespectful to them and being very aggressive, and to make matters worse there was a racist customer in the building practically egging on the worker. I walked out because I would have never trusted her with my packages, what an embarrassment to our postal system and after reading other reviews it sounds like she is rude to everyone who isn’t white. If English is your second language, I would avoid this post office because it does NOT seem like you will receive the help you need.
