Star rite is trustworthy and honest. We had a shackle break on our trailer while we were in town for a week from out of state. They gave me an estimate which was more than fair and fixed it as promised.After leaving, I went to another place to get another part of the repair finished and they knew I was going there. I was waiting in line and Ron shows up as he stated after I left they were talking and had a concern about something they saw and wanted to verify it wasn’t an issue. Ron crawled under and verified it was good. That is not only great customer service but a truly honest and caring company.It is obvious the reason they are still in business. I strongly recommend Starbrite. They are the best!

This place is awesome. If you own any type of trailer, closed or open flatbed these guys have parts and accessories for them. If you plan on purchasing any type of trailer, these are your guys. This is a trailer parts playground...if there were such a thing.
