I picked a color and she literally painted my hand a whole different color and then laughs it off & says it’s okay though right? Like hello no your prices ARE CRAZY HIGH if I’m paying for your service I want the color I picked. Sorry but the place is unprofessional I will never be back!!

I Love Nimo! She always does a great job with my nails. And supports my need for the color-change gel nail polish LOL. She also asks all the right questions to ensure my nails are shaped to my liking and at the correct length.
Cleanliness: The salon is always clean and organized.
Stylist: Nimo is amazing. Always listens to what I want, she doesn't just push whatever the newest fad is on you

Requested style: Was supposed to be a light purple French manaicure. I showed a picture before hand. I ended up with a light pink French manicure. Also got the deluxe package for my feet! I told the technician I wanted my feet to match my finger nails. I thought they did until I got home and realized my toes were tan colored. Mind you I expressed to both techs that I was on my way to Michigan to a wedding and was told the color theme was purple. Overall experience I would give two star I feel everything was extremely over priced. I have never paid the same price for my feet as my finger nails. We spent $270.00 + $40 for tip for two sets full nails and two deluxe packages for feet one of those deluxe packages had color and white tips. Extremely high priced for minimal services. I won't be a returning customer. Also my nail tech had her kids running around the salon witch is were most of her attention was and was on the phone the whole time during my services very unprofessional. I feel the service price should have been half the cost since I only got half services. Also my deluxe foot package came with cuts on and around my toe nails I left with bleeding spots! It's not very pretty to have mismatched finger and toes and scabs on the feet period but especially when your involved in a wedding and wedding pictures. Alot things could have been done differently. I have photos if the manager would like them. Also I'm not posting this for any kind of free services I posted this for next family who's in a hurry to get services before a event this is not were you want to go.

Been going to this salon for years and went in for a pedi as I had a gift certificate for their highest Spa pedicure. I showed the guy the certificate and wanted the spa pedicure but with some miscommunication I got the standard. It could be my fault as I was trying to get across that I wanted regular nail polish and not the gel as they try to upsell you on it. Someone made some money today since I didn’t get what I wanted. He basically did the pedicure in 20 minutes and never saw him again. Someone else said I was good to go and mentioned that I did not receive my full service and one of the employees said I heard you say about the polish. I wanted polish (which I got), just didn’t want the gel. Very frustrated and not happy.

Wanted to visit Crown Nails after a great experience a couple of years ago. Went in Saturday for gel, by Monday they had already started chipping. Went in Wednesday to get them fixed, started chipping again Thursday morning. Called Friday (today) to ask about a refund bc i don't have the gas money to drive back 20-30 mins from home for the second time in not even 72 hours. Only to be told it’s my NAILS fault. After i explained I've had gel last the entire time its supposed to from other salons, still wanted to blame my NAILS even tho its the polish itself, and the top coat they applied on it as well. In the pics you can clearly see one of my nails broke and the others are purely gel and clear coat chipping/peeling. The gel hasn't even been on my nails for a couple of days let alone a WEEK. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT ACRLIC DONE!!

They do great work, but I think they cheat their customers. I was quoted 20$ more than what the prices were on their price board. Very upsetting.
Stylist: Ana was very thorough and did a great job with my nails.

I must give this nail business five stars for the continuous excellence that they perform on my nails! I’m so very pleased with all aspects of this business from customer service, to the the professional work done on my nails! I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done!

Dip nails cracked within 1 week. Thought I would give this place a try since previously under different management I went there often.
Not sure if I would go back.....ended up going to another salon and even they were trying to figure out why it looked like this. Dip nails for me usually last for a month. My nails are very strong/long and have never had this issue before....

I recently visited for a gel manicure and pedicure, and while the service was good, the pricing left me a bit surprised. I ended up paying $150, including a tip, which seemed way overpriced.The staff was friendly, and the quality of the work was good, but the cost was a bit hard to swallow. In comparison to other places, it felt like I was paying significantly more.If you're not too concerned about the price you might still enjoy your experience here. However, if you're budget-conscious, you might want to explore other options in town.
