I just left the location on Norton Rd & Hall Rd where I was aggressively being followed by a cashier. He 1st asked if I needed help, to which I replied I was just browsing. I really was just killing time. I intended to purchase a few toiletries but since I had a lot of time before an appointment, I was in no rush to grab those items. I noticed he was in the aisle I was in, then the next aisle... I was on my phone telling my friend and she reminded me the best way to handle it is to NOT spend my money there. I just set up my Uber and waited outside.
I was actually there the night before, kind of in an emergency situation. My phone died so I couldn't arrange my ride. There were 2 very nice cashiers who allowed me to charge my phone there. I wasn't there to shop only to see if it would be possible to charge a bit. They were very kind as it was almost closing. That's why I chose to come shop there today. I could have gotten what I needed from the dollar store but I wanted to patronize this store after the staff had been so kind.
The kid who followed me around today destroyed that good will by stereotyping and racial profiling.

This CVS is always demonstrating excellent customer friendly service and support! I go here quite often for one, it's just down the street from my residence and second; it's where I drop off most of my UPS parcel packages. One Associate in particular is Frances, she's always bubbly nice and friendly and polite and helpful! I enjoy going into the store and seeing her, let's me know if I need any assistance I can count on her to deliver!

Bad place to order printed photographs, the supervisor or manager even kicked the printer because she couldn't or didn't know how to use it

The store itself is great except for the pharmacy. Most times I’ve called, I am put on hold for quite a long time and always spoken to in such a rude manner. They close earlier for lunch and the evening than their signs say and their drive through is always closed. Last time I had to pick up a prescription, a woman pharmacist said they’d be right with me and instead stood in front of her computer and put lotion on her hands for 5 minutes. The rest of the pharmacists ignored my presence completely and it took 15 minutes for someone to come help me and they were very short with me. I try to never go to this pharmacy because they are just god awful but had to because my doctor sent my prescription to the wrong one. Never again. Such a huge waste of time

This location seems to always have friendly employees, and there's never a line. As long as you know what you're getting, you can be in and out in less than 5 mins!!!

Chuck was very friendly, happy to help, and all around made me feel valued as a customer. Keep up the good work! The pharmacy, however, needs some work in this area which is why I use a different pharmacy instead.

I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy for over a year and repeatedly have issues with my prescription being filled properly. When I went tonight to pick up, it was again filled incorrectly. When I questioned the technician, she got the pharmacist, Jeff. His response was "I didn't work last night and didn't fill this". When the technician pulled the script and saw it was in fact filled incorrectly, he again said..."I didn't work last night". I then said, there always seems to be problems when I get this filled... He responded "Then don't come here. What can I say". He began arguing with me when I said all I want is for someone to take responsibility for your store". At my request, he then got the store manager, who was extremely helpful as was the technician, who, by the way, was able to correct the prescription and have it filled correctly. I left the store extremely upset and appalled that I was treated with such disrespect as a customer. The pharmacist should certainly not be employed with CVS as his customer service is horrible and does not represent the CVS brand professionally nor ethically.

Worst pharmacy ever! The employees are so rude even to other pharmacies. They get mad as soon as you ask a question about your meds. The hang up on you. They are always under staffed and get mad at you for it. Go to any other one. Please save yourself the mental stress
