“A decent car wash experience. Too many cones, though! When you first pull in, you are forced to decide between one of two lanes with only 2 vague signs to differentiate between them. I chose "Touchless Wash" (or similar,) but once I got around to the end of the building, I realized I actually wanted the other, more-expensive option, but, because of the multitude of traffic cones, I was forced to continue with my original decision.
Also, the Touchless Wash failed about halfway through, so I was forced to exit the stall with a thick layer of suds across all my windows, which felt quite hazardous. Fortunately the wash attendants were somehow aware of the failure and finally directed me back around to the second stall, where the process began again, this time completing normally.”
“The wash is ok. It's great that the unlimited packages give you the choice of either wash. Touchless or the tunnel type. The only things that I don't like is the dryers don't do a very good job and you can't go there JUST to use the vacuums. They can only be accessed through exiting the wash.”
“I have not been to Mr. Goodwash in 15-20 years. A little bit because I thought the service had dropped after the new owner took over, a lot-a-bit because I moved. I went back today for a full service car wash. I am very happy with the job they did! I think I'll start returning on a regular basis.”

I have to praise the crew at the Stringtown Rd Moo Moo! Today when I went through one of my tire valve stems broke off and of course my tire went flat! Steven and the crew was very concerned. Steven actually helped me try to change the tire! It turned out that the spare I had wouldn't fit my car. Steven helped me get a tow truck and was legitimately concerned for my well being! I can thank him enough for the level of help he provided today! Thank you Steven! Moo Moo Steven needs a raise! He is really giving your company a good image! What a great person and a great employee!

“The car wash itself is very nice and the people are very nice and the facilities are very nice, but it is a pain in the butt to get in and out of and the traffic pattern is ridiculous. Make this your regular Moo Moo or go to another one.”

“I love this car wash. Never too crowded and they have plenty of bays. I usually use cash but I went to use my card today and their card readers aren’t working in any of the bays so I had to go to their automatic wash to get my car washed. I’d prefer the self wash but their automatic washer does a good job too.”
“I am very picky as far as doing reviews but there is this one Take5 worker at the Westside and Broad st location who is deserving of this review. His name is Colin and he is an exceptional worker. He is on point on everything carwash! He is respectful and knowledgeable at what he does. He is customer services at its finest. He's helped me out with no hesitation at all. In my opinion he should be the owner cause he caries him self as if he was. So thank you Colin for making my experience at Take5 one I always enjoy. I'm a permanent customer for sure thanks to your friendlyness and knowledgeableness.”

“Does the job. It’s a self serve wash with vacuums as well. Very good water pressure and decent selection of modes to use. Only thing that seemed wrong was his short the hoses were getting around the car. Soap and rinse work great!”

“The lady working gave us great service, but the door beep to let them know a customer has walked in is the most obnoxious and ear piercing beeping tone and the workers nor customers should have to listen to that. The owner could choose any other beep, ring or tone that isn't high pitched and just terrible on the ears. It really is THAT bad. Other customers agreed when I said it out loud.”
“I really like this location. I have the monthly unlimited membership, and I definitely get my money's worth. Easy in and out, and if I have my dog with me, they always offer up a crunchy biscuit.”

“This was my first time at the car wash. And I was impressed with the personal service I got checking in. A young person came in and explained the different pricing and different options that I had and helped me put my card in the machine and everything else like that. So I didn't have to feel like I was falling out of the car. And another person guided me into the car wash and we went right through and my car is beautifully clean and white again.”
