“LGBT , Woman owned and operated businesses. They took the time to explain everything to me at my level. Never once mansplained or talked over me. Fought the insurance to get new parts and not junk yard parts. Helped me pay my $1500 deductible and also got me pad $2100 for loss of use and $7200 for loss of value. I’m an Uber driver and that money went a long way. The best thing was they did a full detail , oil change, tire rotation, and protection for free when they returned my car. The owner says it was important to get the vehicle back better than it came. 5 stars to this great jewel of a company. Don’t go to the corporate shops when this small local company does so much better. None of the other companies even mentioned loss of use or loss of value payments to me.”

“Collision Solutions went above and beyond to repair my van due to an accident. I struggled with communication with the insurance company...they bridged the gap with the adjuster and even used their own tow truck to move my vehicle when there was a delay in arranging transport through Progressive. Other shops had a long wait list and CS was able to see and start working on my van immediately. The repairs were beyond my expectations and my car looks better then it did when I bought it!
