Worst place ever, for any kind of oxygen needs or power chair needs, Dr faxed over prescription for power chair a month ago, haven't heard anything from them, and can't never get ahold of that dept, , I will never use them again!!

Returned a wheelchair May 2023 that we had for one week. Still receiving statements for payments on this wheelchair. So frustrating to get these to stop ! I paid for the week we had the chair.

This is by far the best WeCare in the area. The customer service is unbelievable compared to the rest of the WeCare locations. Special thanks to the office staff.

The CPAP industry is a scam as far as pricing, but WeCare adds an extra wrinkle with their complete incompetence when it comes to billing. I was just told I owe over $300 in unpaid invoices. ... I just received my first invoice for $97 in the mail! Not to mention this is almost 3 months after receiving the machine. I've tried calling their billing department, but no one answers.

Disorganized. Slow to respond. Staff is aloof snd won’t make much effort to help. Took them a week to get back to me about scheduling an appointment, and when I went in a week later they had no record of my appointment. The girl could barely be bothered to get off her phone to help, both times I’ve been in there. Very frustrating experiences so far.
