“I am from a town about an hour north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was down in Vinton with a family matter. Halfway on my trip down my break started grinding. I was referred to Red's Auto, on July 1st right before the holiday weekend. I explained to him what was going on and I was only down here for a couple days. If there was any way he could fit me in Nathan said that he could definitely get me in. When I went to the shop we looked at worst case scenario. We thought that my left rear caliper was broke and he gave me a price for a caliber 4 rotors and four sets of brakes. Now any shop could have very easily said. Yep, your caliper was gone and you need four rotors and four sets of brakes. That was not the case when I went to pick up my car the next morning he said my caliper was fine. It was just stuck and just had to work with it a little bit. My front pads and front brakes were just fine. He replaced the rotors in the rear and the brakes. What he quoted me. I end up paying just half of what he quoted. I drove home 4 hours today with no issues with brakes. Car is working just fine. Nathan was able to fit me in in the last second on a holiday week and only charged me and fix what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend this place and he was a great dude to talk to while I was there.”
“Great people. Glad I found them after poor boys closed in Henderson I had lots of work done on two cars. Rack and p. Roters. Breaks. Tie rods. Ball joints axle you name it they can do it. I like that they do appointments. On time too. Great people to deal with. Great dad that comes in and watch gun smoke and get a free snak and coffee while you wait.
