“I stopped in to look at a Christmas light post to see how it worked and had trouble figuring out how to turn it on. The woman at the counter explained that the model was actually purchased and returned because the buyer thought it was broken. The woman explained that she figured out how to turn it on after the customer left. She wasn't busy and was very nice/helpful in showing me how it worked.”
