The men’s tuxes looked great, but the experience of renting everything was unorganized and unprofessional. No payment details, rental return date, or instructions were given upon pickup for the men. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff and customers (groomsmen/bridesmen), which led to the company accusing the men rather than acknowledging their own fault and apologizing. I know they are short-staffed and business was busy due to prom, wedding season, & Mother’s Day, but the treatment that we received was unnecessary. I’m giving 2 stars because the tuxes were in on time, measurements were accurate, everything looked great, and the beginning experience was pleasant, but the latter business was unpleasant, unorganized, and unprofessional. We had a beautiful wedding and the men looked great, so thank you Brittany’s for helping us with this. However, this part of the planning process caused a lot of stress for us and we wish it hadn’t. The customer service aspect of things needs improved. I would recommend this business more-so for prom-related purchases rather than bulk orders. Their prom/dance dresses look beautiful for local occasions.

Worst customer service of any dress shop we have ever visited, so we would not recommend. It’s not that the room was occupied, you did not greet when we entered or exited. You did not offer to even bring any dresses out when another fitting room opened.

Amy and her staff helped make the whole wedding planning process so easy!! She helped me find my dream dress and made sure my guys were looking great! She worked with us being out of state (Part time was in MI and the other in CO) and stayed on top of making sure our groomsmen and parents got their stuff on time. I could not thank Amy enough for giving so much attention and detail to my special day, to make sure we all looks our best. I received SO many compliments on dress the day of my wedding and still am three months later. Veil, dress, and suit in the photo are all from Brittany's.100% recommend this shop and the employees here. I can't say enough good things.
