Jesse did a great job for me, he went above and beyond what he needed to do, and really helped me out a lot on a Sunday morning when I got a flat tire. Reasonable price, and a would highly recommend them to others.

A few weeks ago I took my husbands car in to a shop in Marion Ohio (visiting my parents at the time) for an oil change, little did I know that that same shop didn't replace the skid plate properly after finishing the oil change.On my way back to our own place 2+ hours away in Kent Ohio, about 10 minutes into my drive the skid plate caught air as I was driving past 10pm on a Sunday and was dragging on the road, I spent about an hour trying to reattach the plate so I could finish my drive and get home. I was alone and stressed because my husband needed his car for work in the morning so I called around in a panic, I finally got to Zegers Towing and Jesse agreed to come lift the car just enough to remove the plate entirely using a small toolkit I had in the trunk, as it is mostly for cosmetic purposes, by the time Jesse arrived it had been 1.5 hours since I started my drive and I still had 1.5 hrs of a 2hr drive to go (no fault of his own I should add).He allowed me to sit in his truck and warm up while he removed the plate with my not-so-great tools, Jesse didn't cost an arm and a leg like some other places wanted for a late night call.Great service, very professional, would definitely recommend if someone I know needs some help in the future!!
