I will never forget when I had an interview here and aced the colors test, apparently got a better score than 99% of people, had a great interview then when they got my background check back the HR lady treated me like I wasn’t even a human being

Done some work there. Used to be Shutterfly. They do portraits. Don't know much else.

Terrible place to work.Treat employees like they are replaceable when they never can get people to stay. Will fire u for any reason so they don't have to pay unemployment. I got fired for being sick with drs excuse.I was on dr restrictions they followed it until they get desperate in another department. Things change every day there and no one bothers to let u kno. The leads are very rude. They expect u to know what to do even though you never done it before. For seasonal work it is ridiculous.

I agree with the other reviews very bad service. After I was told the order would only be shipped out if order was paid in full I went ahead and paid in full to receive my package ASAP. Never was I sent a tracking number and it ended up with a UPS employee charging me a COD of $88 after I had already paid my package in full. What I think is funny is that they ended up shipping it after they told me that it wouldn't be shipped out until I paid in full which which I understand but then why did They ship it then I'd i supposively didn't pay.

Although the photographers were gentlemen- even graciously waiting for my husband who got off late and practically missed our appointment, I am shocked to receive our 5x7 prints only to receive 3.5x4.5 prints in a 5x7 matte! The matte edge is not consistent all the way around and there is no way to display the prints without an additional frame.

As the other reviewers have stated: horrible business. No visible display of the outrageous packages, sales people/photographers are not forthcoming with answers even for a direct questions. We had very good pictures, but the cost and restrictive purchasing options killed it for me.

They use cheap frames with no glass. Told if we used glass the pictures would bubble up. Frames came in broken. Awaiting return labels to ship back. Overpriced and cheap looking pictures. Took forever to get them in the mail. You're better off finding your own photographer. Get my money back. Horrible quality of prints. How could they do this to church people. They cut to many corners to make profit $$$. At your expense!

Our photographer was great. Very personable and professional. The pictures we got back were terrible. The first set we got all had black marks through them which indicated to us that they were clearly not the shots we were supposed to get which was good because all the shots were washed out, blurry, and not cropped correctly. We contacted them and they sent out a new set of pictures which arrived a few weeks later. All of these shots are also washed out, blurry, and not cropped correctly. We paid close to $200 for a small set of pictures that will not be going up anywhere in our house. This was for a Church directory shoot and we are hearing similar stories from other parishioners. We will go out of our way to not use this company again.

Horrible Business that also mistreats their own employees.Horrible working conditions, ancient computers, ancient programs, horrible seating that you are stuck with in the extremely long hours they demand of you.You never know if your working one day from the next. They call last minute to tell you not to come in and other times they tell you not to make plains cause there are no days off for the next few months, very random and unorganized.Very poor management. Extremely unethical! You can easily get fired over the littlest things. If someone does not like the color purple you wore that day, turns you in,the company tells you to never wear that color again or you get fired. They heavily cater to those easily offended or pretend to be offended or just simply does not like you.Their most recent threat...someone did not like the sound of another persons voice so they turned them in.That person had to sign a paper,or lose their job, saying they can get fired should they talk in the work place again. No freaking joke! Because of their unethical behavior and much more, they can not keep employees.Don't let the "Church Directories" part of the name fool you, they are not a church nor affiliated with one.For all i know they label themselves as such for tax right offs. This business seriously needs some investigation.

We had our pictures taken more than five months ago and still don't have the church directory. The photographer was very high pressure, trying to get us to buy expensive packages. We were participating because it was for a church directory and was supposed to be free for us. The photographer wanted us to buy $300+ packages and kept on pressuring. Some of my friends at the church were very disappointed in their pictures, and we're all still waiting for the directory, which was the whole point of this ordeal.

The person that took the photos was great but the quality of the product I was upset with...we got a picture frame that was one hundred some dollars and it came with three pics on it there was stuff on the pictures and hard to get off cuz the material and the picture frame is very cheap it arrived with chipped corner and then my 2 year old dropped it once and it's broke and chipped and coming apart he can drop cheap $1 pic frames and them not break like that i wil never buy from them again its not worth the price to have cheaply made products

A whole lot of bureaucratic BS going on in this plant. However, to be fair, there's much of that going on in most of the corporate world ( large and small ).
