Worst haircut I’ve ever had. It looks as though she took half of my hair, chopped it in one cut and then left it. Never again.

Very bad manicure experience. I was there for a gel manicure. No manicure was performed (no soaking, cuticle trim, etc.). She proceeded to grind my nails down like I was getting acrylic nails and made three of my cuticles bleed in the process. Did not want me to wash the dust off of my hands - decided she would wipe them with rubbing alcohol instead, which was painful. She applied the gel polish without a clear top coat. The polish was dingey looking the entire time I wore it (and lumpy from left over nail dust). Since soaking off the polish, I've been trimming my nails every other day because they have been splitting down the middle. Once again, very painful. I was told not to go here for a manicure but thought I'd get a "deal" at $17. Not worth it! To top it off, I was the only customer the entire time and the whole process took TWO HOURS. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.
