I recently took a watch for repair and expected to just drop it off and pick it up later. It is my late dad's watch, I had it repaired at a different jeweler a couple years ago, it took over a month, and the repair didnt last. The gentleman at hillman's had it repaired in about 20 minutes.
The store itself is understated, but don't let that fool you. They have beautiful gifts inside, including nice clocks and even Rolex.
I can't recommend this place enough. My wife and I have found our new jeweler.

I’ve been there twice now — once to get a ring resized, and once to get another ring resized as well as a necklace fixed. The man was very polite and the work done was top quality. Thank you so much for everything! I would highly recommend if you are located in the Galion area.

Allan repaired an old school Swiss Army watch I bought from Ebay. The battery had not been changed in 30 years, and had completely fried the Swiss movement. He had it repaired and back on my wrist in no time.Great craftsman. Very personable.Support local!

We have had two separate rings sized from here and we are completely satisfied with out experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, he completed them both with just a few hours time and they both fit perfectly. We will definitely be taking our future jewelry needs to Hillman jewelers

I’m blown away! I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger and thought I couldn’t repair it without resetting it into a new band, but no Hillmans came through and repaired my original ring and they did a fantastic job. I will be forever grateful for their beautiful work they did. Affordable and great customer service.

Alan at Hillman Jewelers is AMAZING... Took my custom wedding ring into get resized, guessed at the wrong size. (I WAS WRONG..) He was more than willing, actually demanding that he make it right to correct the situation to make me a happy customer !!! Deffinently will do all my jewely business with my local jeweler..
