They refused to take on our estate auction. We had good stuff, they couldn't take on the account because of lack of ability.

Purchased items from one of their auctions was told I would be available to pick up in the morning it is now afternoon and still not available for pickup would give them zero Stars if it was an option. They told me an hour ago that they'd be here in 10 minutes still no show.
