Fucking awful. $50 a day and not only do I have to pay to shower but guess what? The owner is on vacation so the store associate is closing 2 hours early every night and guess what? Showers are completely locked up, you only get to shower during business hours.

This is far, far from an R V Dealer, as one can get, maybe 6 vehicles, and its so far off the beaten path, not worth your time and driving.

Please do not waste your hard earned money here. Please. Yes, the prices are cheap. Yes, they have availability. There's a reason why... Sharon, who owns and runs this place(Why? I will never know because she HATES people) may be the meanest, rudest and quite possibly the worst business person I have ever met in my life. I don't think I will ever know why she chose this profession. She had over 50k worth of checks in her hands for the purchase of 2 park models and a year of pre paid rent for both units. We were literally 90% of the way through the closing and getting our stickers for our cars. Me and my friends drive company vehicles that change often, so we asked what was the proper protocol for getting a new sticker or updating the vehicle on file. She told to us F off and we were never welcomed back. It's her rules and you do as she says or you F off. No matter what type of solution we offered her, nothing was acceptable for her. This really could have been solved easily in so many different ways. She actually followed us out the door in a profanity laced tirade as we left. I still to this day cannot believe this is actually a real thing that happened.

If you want an RV, Berkshire is the only place you should look. The staff here is amazing. They will do everything they can for you. I just purchased a Park Model RV and the moment I met the staff I knew I couldn’t go anywhere else. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I promise you will feel like a member of their family the moment you walk in the door. They have a huge selection and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

We live about an hour away, had planned a weekend camping trip with our sons and grandchildren, one of who had just bought a new camper. Upon arrival we saw a huge 5'x10' sign in the front yard of the party house stating we were now in Trump country, and beside this was another huge sign to impeach Biden. We figured it was something to do with the party house so proceeded to the check-in office. After paying for our site my husband asked what was with the Trump and Biden signs out front. The owner asked why, is he a Democrat and he said yes. She proceeded to yell and curse at him, told the other girl to refund his money, told him to get the f off her property and to never come back. She continued her rant with how Democrats are ruining the U.S., 'we' are letting illegal immigrants into our country, 'we' are ruining all the great things Trump did - and she repeatedly used the f word over and over. My husband miraculously kept his cool, did say a few choice words to her in a calm voice before walked out - with the owner yelling "f--- you" and "never come back" over and over as he left. There is a time and place to present your political views but a campground should not be on that list! All we wanted was a relaxing, fun weekend with our kids but this woman ruined that. And by the way... she only accepts cash or checks for your camping and any purchases there. Tax evasion??? Hmmm.... Avoid this place like the plague!!!

Staff was rude. Once I got to my camp sight it did not have working electric. My husband came W/our kids and they wanted to charge us $10/person. Bathrooms were not clean.

An ok Campground. They have a nice balance between seasonal sites and nightly spots and serve both well. Nice camp store and decent amenities including the pool which was warm and clean. We travel with a popup camper which doesn't have a bathroom or shower so those facilities are important to us and they fail here. The bathrooms are ok except the hand driers blow only cold air. The showers are coin operated and there was no hot water and no place to put clothes or sit while dressing. (definitely ADA issues here) We are social campers so we would come back if others wanted to, but otherwise would look elsewhere. This is the closest Campground to our north Columbus home. If I was traveling from out of town and had events in Sunbury or Westerville this would be an ok place. Final negative - They don't take credit/debit cards (who does that these days?) But you can use their ATM for $3

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The crazy lady who says she owns the campground is off her rocker. She will yell and scream at you for anything she deems fit. You are camping on her land at her will so you must bow down to her. Your wheels touch grass she says she will throw you out. Not have a sticker on you vehicle she says she will throw you out. Splash too much in the pool she says she will throw you out. I think you get the idea. They went from taking cards to cash only so make you wonder why. The grounds guys are great but cannot ever make up for the lady that owns the place.

It's a place where the campers stay all year.

This was overall a nice place to spend a weekend. It was a little pricey for my taste, BUT it was a full hookup with sewer. A very clean pool and mini golf are included. They have a nice coin laundromat. There were several people to show us where to go on our first trip in. A well stocked and typically overpriced camp store with free slushies for the kids. There was a guy that meant well, but gave too much help backing in the trailer. The weekend sites do have some really cramped spots, uncomfortably close to neighbors s*** hose. Some sites were pretty open, ours was awesome. When we checked in, the people in front of us were dealing with a lost reservation, but they still were accommodated. Honestly, I think recent reviews that s*** on this place are only due to the owners open political views as well as many of the permanent campers. It may not be your favorite place if you're "going to need to speak to the manager".

I've really enjoyed the professionalism that the staff has provided. Jenna did her best getting us into the camper we wanted. We needed work done on it and she keeps us posted as too it's progress. The owner helped us through the process of purchasing the camper. I would highly recommend Berkshire RV sales for all your camping needs.

Absolute armpit of a campground. As previous posts will state, Sharon who inherited the campground from her father is a horrible aggressive human. A lake? What a joke. You can't swim in it or even touch it. The camp ground shares itself with a quarry. So as previous posts state, trucks come in and out at all hours which means no sleep and your stuff will be covered in a inch of dust when you leave. We went to cross creek, what a difference, after Berkshire which set the bar really low. If you can avoid this s*** hole and search for other places you will do yourself a favor. There are so many places who aren't run by entitled offspring from the founder. Place read other reviews of this crappy place. It's not just me. We met a few campers here where we are now who went to Berkshire with horrible experiences.
