Of course like most, I stop at a Harley dealership when I get a chance. I also work for a hd dealership we strive for the best guest experience at our dealership. This dealership clearly is the opposite! Michelle I’m motor clothes did not greet me but that’s not why the one star review! I asked Michelle about the location and how old the building is. She responded so rudely I almost told her to put my things I was purchasing back!! Rudely stated, well I don’t know! I just work here! Maybe 8 years old.. the original location was downtown. After that I said no more questioning why they called it the oldest dealership. But I didn’t want to ask anymore will never visit this again and make sure to avoid Michelle if you do! She clearly hates people and her job!

Stopped to ask about transport mode, they checked to make sure it was in, then inside to buy merch!

Parts department never answers the phone. So if you need parts you have to drive to the store. Very frustrating.

When you don’t show prices on the bikes, huge red flag for me.

It's alright but when I was interested in a bike I stood there 20 minutes next to the bike I was wanting to buy and no one came up to me and helped so I left.

Asked to run my credit before they even gave me a trade-in value or price on the other bike I attempting to buy. Also said I needed a new rear tire that had way more than 2/32nd tread left; an 11 month old 2023 Low Rider.

I was on my way home and realized I was leaking oil. Service was such a savior. Helped me out, got me oil, and sent me on my way with a gracious thank you for my service. If I was ever in the area and needed service, I would gladly go to them. They had a very small selection for parts, though. Everything I wanted or needed, they didn't have, and I had to special order it. Massive selection of bikes for such a small place. Not much of a selection for accessories, biker gear, etc. I noticed all the helmets were small. I'm an XL. No one asked me if I needed help or wanted to look at anything, so I left.

We travel across America on the bike and this dealership is in our top 3! Selection on bikes and merch is good but the customer service alone is what makes it! Laura in the merchandise area was super helpful and really nice! She helped me find the right helmet and found my size shirt when I looked forever for a certain one. Best experience hands down just in her area alone! Most of the time the sales reps don't help you in the merchandise area at other HDs or don't care if you find what your really looking for, but not Laura, so she really made our stop along our 8 day journey!

One of the better, large Harley dealerships. Friendly, helpful staff and convenient location. Their Friday hours are awful for working people, but otherwise I enjoy doing business with them.

Always enjoy shopping different Harley shops, this one doesn't allow semi's to stop and shop, My wife can't walk from the truck stop! We have a handicap placard, we love to ride our Harley but we live in another state.... guess we won't be shopping here!
