Horrible & hostile management. NOT military friendly. Management tried to strong arm me to pay over $1600 in fees for breaking the lease early had to get a lawyer to write a letter under the SCRA! Just filthy place in general

I called looking for a two bed. The white lady that pick up the phone was very rude. I was thinking about moving here but never mind I’ll take my money elsewhere! Horrible customer service.

Tenant for 8 years.I felt like Villa Nova tried to take advantage of and cheat me when I moved out. When I tried to have a conversation with the property manager about the legitimacy of the charges, I was, in a literal sense, yelled at, insulted, and told to get out of the office. I ended up having to dispute the charges through collections and the collections agency dismissed the charges. I tried reaching out to the owners about the aggressive misconduct and had no response. It was overall a very bad experience and I wouldn't recommend. As far as the actual apartment conditions, I had great neighbors and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The carpet, flooring, appliances, windows, and roofing haven't been updated since the 80s and yet the rent was increased every year. When asked if I would renew my yearly lease, I inquired about the possibility of any updates such as appliances, carpet, etc. I was told that they won't do any updates until the tenant moves out; however, nothing had been updated when the previous tenant moved out.Overall a bad experience because of the dishonesty, greed, and cheating.

I had bad experience with the old white lady who works in the office the 1st time I went their she talked to me nice and she showed me this empty apartment that was ready for rent then I fill out the application with $30 and applied for the apartment i get approved and paid $400 security deposit then after that this lady who works in the office told me that if I don’t move in within a week she wouldn’t keep the apartment for me which she didn’t told me 1st, when I ask her if she gonna have another available apartment for me she said that the security deposit will be $800 and she was screaming while she was talking to me she was mad for whatever reason she treated me really bad ! I didn’t understand why she took my $400 money order if she’s not going to give me that apartment she should me anyhow finally she hang up the phone on me so I had to go back and get my money back ! Such a rude lady

I stayed here for a year and a half. The apartments are extremely outdated. The buildings are filled with older residents who like to keep the place quiet. The walls are super thin, I could literally hear the person above me every time they used the bathroom. The sinks are always clogged up. I’ve never had a problem with the maintenance men, they always came when needed. Rent and water was constantly being increased. The apartments are not worth the price. There were no cameras outside or inside my building so cars are constantly being broken into and vandalized. Honestly, there are better apartments in Gahanna.

I was a potential resident 12/2017. I stopped by to view an apartment and I was being asked questions outside the building as if I was a criminal. The woman didn’t have the decency to buzz me in & talk like she was a human. I’m glad I brought my business to Another apt two mins away. If you’re reading this you’re a dispicable person.

Haley is super sweet, the place is a good price for the location and extremely secure (like Alcatraz secure). It’s still quite outdated, and the staff is not the fastest at performing requests. If money is tight and you need a place to live until you can build up enough to go to a better location, then I would recommend. As far as living here long term for several years, I would not
