I had previously visited the store to review my options for a new phone. I am not tech savvy but Nimo was patient and so very helpful. When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention. It was amazing to watch him toggle back and forth with each problem with total calm!I totally appreciated all of his help, he explained everything and more with a smile on his face.Nimo should be considered a very valuable asset. He listened to my needs and didnt try to force something on me that wasnt going to satisfy those needs.Great job, Nimo!! and Thank You!!

The staff/employees there were great. Taylor handled the following situation perfectly. This is not a slight against them.But, the functionality of their central scheduling/policies need to be changed. I had an appointment at 11 am (scheduled 3 weeks prior). I show up at 10:45 and a woman walks in ahead of me without an appointment. They ask, "Do you have an appointment?" She replies "no" (with a very snarky annoyed tone). She is informed that they are full of appointments as they continue to help others. She then proceeds to get online and schedule for 11am. Central scheduling double booked. She then proclaimed she had an appointment. I objected saying I had the appointment for weeks... They said that "since she was there 1st, she gets to be helped 1st." This person then drags her feet, is extremely rude to the staff, which delayed my appointment FOR AN HOUR...I was not helped until noon. I missed my son's hockey match due to this.This happens and may have been out of their control, but this has happened in the past as well and is now recurring problem with the store scheduling.I like to give business to local shops, but in the future will be going to Best Buy, etc, for my retail needs

Mikayala helped us. She was great. We always go to this store. We had 2 phones it took 2 hours there was an issue with activating one. Other than that it was so great! Love new Samsung Ultras!

Taylor helped me this evening when I picked up my new iPhone 15. She was so so so so refreshing to be around. So happy, so friendly to every customer, just such a delight - but also very knowledgeable when it came to the Verizon policies and devices. If everyone was like Taylor in the customer service industry, the world would be such a better place. Go Taylor!! Verizon is lucky to have her on the team!

Hannah manages her store with great knowledge and kindness. I will highly recommend her store to family and friends. I had a great experience even though she was very busy. Both times I’ve come here the store has been closed for whatever reason. Store work was at lunch for a longer duration of time and had to wait and wait. Not a good experience

I've been going to this store for about ten years now, and don't plan to change that anytime soon. The employees are always helpful and go above and beyond to help with with all of my needs. From getting deals on upgrades, to emergency phone replacements, I've never had a bad experience.

Adrian is amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and explained things well. Great Customer Service skills. He should be the store Manager. I would give him a 10 if I could. I would give Hanna a ZERO, very unprofessional, and that is an understatement. She just want to make a sale and will add all of these accessories without your permission. Quoted one price on the phone and had the nerve to say I mis-quoted you 500 later. She will start putting these things on your equipment without asking. I will NEVER deal with her again.

Working with Adrian to set up my new phone was a great experience. He kept me at ease with the problems I was experiencing with my old phone. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and a class act EXCELLENT employee.

Adrian at the gahanna ohio location gave me the greatest service. The experience was great he was straight forward with everything and extremely helpful with a seemless transfer and new liquid glass the whole bundle he was awesome thank you Adrian!!

We came into the store on October 16th to price out phones and see if we could switch. We were quoted a price which was very fair and we made the switch from another carrier. Hannah the sales person/manager was very helpful at first. Unfortunately the promotion we were quoted were not accurate. She did not know the promotions that were happening and was quoted a wrong promotion. We first wanted i-phone 14's but they were on back order.She convinced us to get three i-phone 13's that were suppose to be free for switching and a modest payment for the i-phone 13 pro. We were also told that we would be getting visa gift cards for all three lines that we transferred over. This was not the case. In fact they were Verizon gift cards.If I did not contact Verizon corporate shortly after we would have lost those gift cards. I was not sent a link or anything as promised by the store. The three phones were not free at all. One of the ported numbers did not go through and we essentially lost a gift card. So all in all there was very poor customer service from the stores end and misled the whole time. I went into the store three times afterwards and was told to come back. Was told via text that everything would be taken care.I finally went into a corporate Verizon in Easton and they have tried to help but this is an individual store matter.

The only star this place gets goes to Adrian Thomas. We went to switch our account to a business account and upgrade our phones. The MANAGER- Hannah- screwed so much up that it flagged our account for fraud. Then it took us a month to get our phones even though they were sitting at the store for weeks. It took a total of 10 HOURS and 4 TRIPS to the store to get the account set up and phone information transferred. Adrian was so kind and worked 2 hours past closing time to get the mistakes the manager made resolved. There were several other customers in the store that day that were also in need of her mistakes being fixed. For the thousands of dollars we were spending the process should have never been as it was. We will be speaking with her boss in hopes that she can be removed or retrained or SOMETHING that keeps anyone else’s experience from being like ours.
