Went there a few days ago to get a setup with the goal to quit smoking cigarettes. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable, and any questions or concerns I had were clarified by her and the manager with confidence. All of the information has been spot on so far. My experience was positive, informative, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location and staff and plan to be a repeat customer. I’m more than happy with customer service experience.

I am very happy I happened across this shop. The employees are ridiculohsly friendly and knowledgeable and make the experience that much better. I would happily recommend VaporFi to anyone looking for a smaller shop that can handle their vaping needs.

Stopped in here for the first time on my way home to purchase coils. I asked for a 0.6 pack and thought I purchased such. I got home, popped in my coil to only immediately burn through it. I realized that I received a pack of .4 coils instead. I called the store and spoke to Brandon and Shane who told me they haven’t sold those kind of coils in months and wasn’t sure why I wasn’t informed, but that I couldn’t get a refund. However, they wanted me to come back and purchase more of the same coils again at a discounted price…? Idk, this place seems sketchy as hell.

I didn't catch the guys name that helped me and my husband today, but he was awesome for taking the time to help us. I feel like we were in there for almost an hour discussing which vape is better. He even set it up for my husband before we left. We really appreciate his time and advice. He was awesome! And let him know in case we don't see him for a bit that the Green No. 1 Twist juice he got us interested in is really good ?
