Amanda Smith is amazing. Her and the team provided excellent service to me today when I was delivering a package to one of our partners in Chile. Sending anything international is tedious and time consuming (especially with a 3 year old) BUT they took great care of me and provided my child with bubble wrap and a keychain to keep her occupied. Excellent service! Thank you Amanda and team.

This is the worst UPS store in the area with the worst hours. They can find any reason to sell you a box or a package for an Amazon return they don't hesitate. They've even gone to the extent to charge to print up simple piece of paper with the return label. This used to be a great location didn't nitpick and charge for every little thing. I suggest going to the New Albany location where they don't do any of these things and their hours are much more convenient. One star

I was lost and I called UPS to see if they were still open. A young man stayed on the phone with me and guided me to his store. He stayed open to take my order . I don't know his name but I really appreciate that he helped me. I am 78 years old.

Long time Business owner and mailbox renter, this store is a great time saver for me, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I ship about 20 or so times a year and have never had a problem. Keep up the good work, be safe.

All the guys and gal that have ever helped me have been friendly and knowledgeable . I am there at least once a week, if not more, dropping off amazon returns and they all have been helpful!

I turned into the parking lot and this man was maneuvering his car, so I did a full stop to find out what direction he was planning to go. After he finished backing up then I proceeded to park. I entered the store to conduct business, this man enters the store and directly accuses me of flying. Surprised, I ask him what he was talking about and my answer was you are wrong I was not speeding. He insisted and there was a heated argument.This man asks me to leave the store while I was conducting business with another employee and menaces to call the police. I simply leave and decide to call corporate to complain.This behavior was wrong from this employee who also claimed he was the manager when I asked him. He did this because he believe to be in a position of power because I could be accused of trespassing.This is wrong and UPS should do something about it.
