I don't recommend this location. I had some printing that needed to be done. I emailed them the file with detailed instructions listing exactly what I needed mid morning. I went to pick it up around 2 in the afternoon giving them plenty of time. When I arrived I was told they don't start printing until I get there. They also asked me for the information I had listed in the email and they still didn't use the correct weight paper. I also had to staple the copied myself. The print outs were incorrect and I told them but, but they still charged me. The employee had a bit of an attitude as well. Don't use this place!!!

This is less a review of the location in general and more of a review of a specific employee. This young and skinny white girl with glasses has a very rude and condescending tone observed her talking loudly about another employee and being rude to another in the presence of a line full of customers. She demanded the other worker finish arranging some boxes in the back side area within 30 minutes rather than ask her to assist with the growing line of customers to eliminate the wait. I waited nearly 15 minutes to scan and return an Amazon package on a Sunday afternoon at almost 12pm!!!. This employee has to go she is totally making this location the worst UPS experience in Columbus. I repeat I have observed her rude and condescending behavior especially with minorities before will not be returning to this location in the near future unless this employee is gone. I'm a commercial business a/c holder will gladly take my business elsewhere sadly because the owner Randy is such a nice man but has not been involved much lately. Hope they can get better management. Adios till then

The manager is apparently nice to people who are computer savvy. We are a slower retired couple and she had no empathy, she was pushy and aggressive with us because we interrupted and slowed her queue on the printer.

Stupid franchisee charges $2 for a bullshit “computer fee” plus the cost to print a shipping label (that was already pre-paid). Employer working was rude.

I would not use this location again. The staff knows nothing about shipments and charges. I was not provided correct information at the time of shipping. My international shipment was paused at customs, UPS sent it in an incorrect category that led to more than necessary charges. The store owner assured me that they would refund part of the charges, they did not. I asked for an itemized list of charges and it was not given to me. I had to pay the full customs fee, although inaccurate, so the shipment can be delivered. It has been 4 months now, no refund or itemized list of charges yet. I have been to the store to discuss and discussed on the phone as well.

I gave UPS store in Gahanna, Oh, a 5 Star☆☆☆☆☆ rating.
I am always greeted with friendly faces and smiles.
I love this location,the staff is prompt and efficient, easy In, easy out.
