It is conveniently located on the north side of Gahanna, right off Morse Road, near places to ride like Big Walnut Trail. This is a great store with great, knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated employees. The team is amazing, attentive, and professional. They provide extremely helpful service with quick turnaround times. Staff are willing to go above and beyond, offering careful reviews and able assistance for everything from inexpensive accessories to major repairs. They are helpful with achieving customer goals, even offering mechanical help and suggestions. Customers report being extremely pleased with their experiences, whether purchasing a bike, getting a regular tune-up, or arranging for maintenance and delivery. The service is timely and affordable. The employees' knowledge and courtesy build trust. Customers highly recommend the shop and state that the team is the best.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. High end technology bicycle; repairs, adjustments, and improvements are first class. Articulately honest with prices. E-Bike peddle assist has increased my riding distance to the 10th power. I'm in my 70's and this store will keep me riding for many more years to come. Bravo!

This is a great store with great employees. I’ve been having a tough summer of riding requiring several repairs and they have been extremely helpful with quick turnaround. Knowledgeable, friendly, dedicated people work at this store. They are much appreciated!
