We had a great experience at Original Mattress Factory tonight. Our salesperson Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our selection. They had a good selection of mattresses to try. We have been getting mattresses here for years and have always been satisfied with their products. They have regular mattresses, memory foam, and adjustable beds. Delivery and set up is reasonable and they will haul away your old mattress for a small fee. Try them out and ask for Travis!

They have a wide selection of mattresses made right here in Columbus. Very friendly salespeople. Easy to understand system of classifying beds from firm to soft. Most can be flipped over which preserves mattress lifespan. Plus, the one year guarantee!

Bought a bed in October of 21. Laid on several and decided on one that felt good and supportive but still soft. They originally said they couldn’t source materials and then called saying they had the option we wanted available. The mattress we got was nothing like the one in store. This mattress makes a grinding noise from the springs constantly, it is not nearly as supportive as the one felt in store and overall sleep quality is subpar. After only 2 years the mattress squeaks and groans and has become the guest bedroom mattress because we’d rather not sleep on it nightly.

From beginning to end, I had an outstanding experience with The Original Mattress Company. Jon was my salesperson in the store and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my queen mattress and split box springs - and headboard. Delivery guys Kevin and Aaron were fantastic.
