In town for work and dropped in. Great atmosphere for all types of athletes from beginners on up. Great coaching by (Josh I’m pretty sure was his name). And they follow Mayhem programming which is what my local gym follows. If I find myself back in Columbus, I’ll definitely return!

I have dropped into this box several times over the past few months when I have been in the area for work. The owner is kind and took the time to talk to me each time giving me suggestions and thoughts about programming and preparing for the open and then quarterfinals. The box is clean, they have quality equipment, quality coaching, and kind members. This would be my box if I were local.

Great facility and Brian (the owner) and all the coaches have been great. I am new to CrossFit and I have learned a lot in a few short weeks with their help. Highly recommend CrossFit Gahanna.
