This subway goes way above and beyond to make the best dinning experience that they can provide. The staff is awesome and the owner ron is one of the nicest people I've ever meet ... great job

BEWARE. Do you not eat at this location. Very unsanitary and terrible service. I bit into my sub and had HAIRS in my food. When I called to complain the woman I spoke to had 0 empathy, was unapologetic, and said she could not credit me back for a sub I already bit into….. There were 3 blond/red hairs in my sub that I had to slowly pull out of my mouth. One of the hairs was about 10inches long. I’m HIGHLY disgusted, have never had anything like this happen before. They should be wearing hair caps while making subs!!! Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Please do not eat at this location! Just foul.

This is how Subway should be run, with the owner being a former sandwich artist who worked their way up, this is how franchieses should be run. Fantastic food, fantastic service, and genuinely well utilized space considering the odd shape of the property. I highly suggest this

This Subway is clean. The manager does a good job of being friendly and keeping his food items fresh. Finding a parking spot at times can be a challenge since this subway shares a parking lot with several other businesses.

The owner and staff are fabulous. The shop is newly remodeled and very clean. My sandwich was made to order and delicious. Will continue to frequent this location. #support local businesses #asseeningahannaParking: Located in Liberty Plaza. There are several spots to park available.

A HORRIBLE experience. The sub looked like a 2 year old slapped it together. The girl was lazy and rude. I ordered online and when I arrived I told her I ordered online and gave her my name. She just pointed to where it was. She was to busy texting and hitting a vapor pen. Worst experience ever. I've never seen a sub like she must have SLAPPED together. And look at the wet soggy lettuce. I didn't order it with oil, its just old and wet lettuce. I have pictures and my reciet but it is barely readable. The location was 110 Granville Street, Gahanna, Ohio. This female employee took NO PRIDE whatsoever. As I was leaving a customer approached the counter and started to order and she DIDN'T even wash her hands, just slapped on gloves. My order number was F1778846-B1 Ordered sub with everything including extra spinach. Look at the pictures...RIDICULOUS and she's getting paid!!! Also I've attached a picture of the receipt as I received it.

Location kind of hidden in Plain Sight. The area in front of the register is not very wide. Other than that the lady behind the counter was very friendly, my meatball sub was fantastic, the service was satisfactory.
