One of their trucks was being operated on WB I-70 today in western Ohio in an extremely dangerous and unsafe manner. The driver was tailgating, cutting off other vehicles, and speeding excessively. It is truly disappointing that any business would allow such an irresponsible person to operate their equipment.

Called multiple times to get pricing on a small order of stainless. No one ever calls back. They must no longer be interested in small orders. Sad because my prior experiences have been really good.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. We have worked with loads of contractors while updating our entire house over 5 years. Dave at Suburban exceeded every single expectation. Called back, showed up, quoted within a day, stayed on track and even worked with an unreasonable deadline I had. If you are comparing/shopping, don’t. You won’t regret your choice with them.

They supplied a custom I beam with specific flanges welded on. They also sent a crew to weld the hangers and they were amazing! In house office were on the ball when I ordered and even though it was a small 2k beam the attention to detail and support staff was beyond my expectations. I am more than happy with the results. They went above and beyond and assisted us in hanging the beam which is not something I expected. Thank you so much!!just now

Been here alot over the past 5 years very nice place can make you whatever you need prices are reasonable. The guys in the yatd are vwey nice an load all your stufd for you also. I would definitely recommend people to get there steel from here

I came in for a small 6"x9" half inch steel plate, a little worried that suburban steel supply co. Wouldn't be interested in selling me such a small piece, but not only they took their sales man time ( who was extremely proffessional and welcoming, "Andrew") to measure my part and cut it to exact measure, but they said it was on the house". The same exact part cost me $110.00 somewhere else. I was extremely shocked, and speechless. Would recomend their business to anyone. It was not because of the freebie they gave me, but the custumer service I received even if I was just bringing them such a small business. Thank you and God bless.
