This studio is amazing!! It's the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The workout is a 20-20-20 style. 20 minutes cycling, 20 minutes strength, and 20 minutes yoga. I tend to dislike yoga, but loved the yoga offered here as I felt it was stretching and calming down all the muscles I used in the cycle and strength room. I loved that there were 3 separate areas for each 20 minute workout: a cycle space, strength space, and yoga space. Something I loved about the strength space was that it includes all the equipment needed per station. So, I had all the dumbbells, medicine balls, etc. I needed at my station and I didn't have to go to a rack to get anything or share any equipment with anyone else (just another reason this gym was so clean!). My instructor was Haley and she was so kind, prepared for class, and encouraging. Kamal introduced me to the studio once I arrived and got me all set up. Both of them were phenomenal. Highly recommend!!!

Why SPENGA many ask? I ask, why not? I have gone through a variety of facilities in the past twenty years; big name brand gyms, personal training gyms, boxing classes, my basement and none of them have stuck like SPENGA! Why has SPENGA stuck? There are a few very simple, but important reasons: in one hour, I get three different targeted workouts led by an instructor, ALL the instructors KNOW me and know how to push me(so basically I have a personal trainer even in a small group setting) and last, but not least SPENGA is NOT A facility! SPENGA is a family! Everyone I have encountered is there to build not only themselves in some way but to contribute to the successes of others. I have never been to another place like it! The community atmosphere is almost surreal and definitely worth looking into trying a class and well joining!

I love the supportive, friendly, open, and fun community I have found at SPENGA! The workout format is a perfect mix of things to keep me going. The gym is clean, staff is responsive, and the instructors are SO supportive not only of my progress in the studio but everything else I am working towards in my fitness goals. I've been going here for about a year and I look forward to every class!

If you are looking for a gym community SPENGA is for you! I was never a group fitness person but decided to join friends for a free class in October of 2022 and I haven’t looked back since! The 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga format allow me to get my much needed cardio and stretching in and prevents me from getting bored!
The instructors are inspiring and motivating and truly want to help you reach your goals. They are knowledgeable and will help you modify if something is not in your wheelhouse! This workout is truly YOUR workout! I actually joined the gym with an injury and they helped me modified all moves until I was healed. They will encourage and challenge you. I’ve been working out for 10 years and I’ve never been in better shape or had more endurance. It doesn’t matter if you’re a gym newbie or a veteran, there is something here for everyone. And you will be inspired by all that you can do!
The SPENGA members are also incredible! We not only cheer on each others milestones in the gym but also celebrate our accomplishments outside of the gym. You will never find a more accepting, inclusive, diverse, kind AND hilarious group of people. In my 18 months there I’ve made solid and incredible friendships and for that I’m so grateful!
Thank you SPENGA for helping me reach my fitness goals and continue to challenge me so I don't Plateau. I’m so thankful for this community!

Spenga Gahanna is not only a great workout, but a friendly, welcoming place! The instructors are so amazing, motivating and inspirational. I love the 20 minutes of spinning, 20 minutes of weight floor and 20 minutes of yoga.No class is ever the same ! Instructor Kamal is the Bomb and brings sunshine wherever he goes. You can’t leave without a smile. Workouts are guaranteed to bring you back again trying to increase your sweet spot, or your weight selection . You can’t go wrong with any of the amazing instructors! ???

I saw a Facebook ad for SPENGA in Spring of 2022 and it sounded it perfect: 20 minutes cycling, 20 minutes strength, 20 minutes yoga. I’d grown bored with my regular group fitness classes of 60 minutes of cardio or 60 minutes of strength and frustrated with trying to fit in the time. I immediately signed up!
Flash-forward to nearly two years later and I’m never bored. The instructors go out of their way to put their own signature on the classes, make them fun, and keep them challenging. The energy in class is always upbeat (even when I’m not…) and it’s the instructors and members that make this a special place. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We have challenges throughout the year that have helped me recommit to fitness, special events, and just-for-fun sessions that keep things interesting!
Committing to a gym can be an investment but I feel that I get the most bang for my buck with SPENGA and the payoffs of improved health and fitness are priceless!!

After two foot surgeries and a couple of years of not being physically active, I sporadically attended a SPENGA session in December of 2023. From then on I was hooked! It’s the perfect cross-training experience that blends cycling cardio, HIIT workouts, and yoga. The 60 minutes sessions are perfectly designed in a way that I never feel bored or overtired doing the same format. Two months in and I already feel stronger, leaner, and more energized than I have in YEARS.
Additionally, the STAFF IS AMAZING! I’m continually impressed at the instructors and their intentionality. They create a warm, clean, and inviting environment every time someone walks through the door. I am forever thankful for this inclusive community that brings joy to my day, AND betters my health. Take the leap and attend a session today!

If I could give Spenga Gahanna a thousand stars I would. Spenga Gahanna is truly something special. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and the workouts, coaches and community keep getting better and better. Cannot recommend this workout and this location more highly.

As a member for over a year, I can confidently say Spenga is my favorite Columbus workout studio (and I've tried them all). The atmosphere is fantastic - clean, friendly and supportive.
Before joining, I was worried a group fitness class wouldn't push me as hard as weightlifting at home. Spenga surprised me! While only 20 minutes are dedicated to weights, over the last year I've gotten stronger than ever. Don't let the limited weight selection (dumbbells and kettlebells up to 40 lbs+) fool you - these workouts leave you sweaty and sore!
Spenga is a truly welcoming space. No matter your age, gender, sexuality, size or fitness level, you'll feel comfortable and encouraged. They create a fun and inclusive environment that makes workouts enjoyable.
Highly recommend checking out Spenga if you're looking for a challenging and supportive workout community!

SPENGA provides a great alternative to just a normal fitness class. It incorporates 20minutes of spin bike, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga for a perfect blend of fitness activity.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's a challenge for me as a 60-something, but they help me with any adjustments that I may need. They're all so welcoming and I really enjoy it, plus it isn't too overwhelming (20 min spin, 20 min weights, and 20 min yoga/recover). I'm really loving it!
