“I absolutely love taking my son here. He is very happy when he comes home. He does not cry when I drop him off. I feel like he is learning A LOT being here. The teachers do not hesitate to let me know what is going on. I get daily updates & pictures of what is going on as well. I absolutely love this place and wish I found this place a LONG time ago.”

“This is the best care I ever received for my daughter, being a stay at home mom to a working mom. I was so nervous to have my child to go to a day care... but they would allow me to call whenver I wanted, always answered the calls and answered my questions. My daughter was never dirty or hungry when I picked her up”

“My son went here for 2 years for preschool and absolutely loved it! So did we as parents! This school is definitely the place to take your kids to get them learning, advance their social skills and many more things to get them ready for kindergarten! All of the teachers/staff are very nice and we look forward to vacation Bible school in a few weeks!”

“We have been part of the TLC family for 4 years now and we love everyone there! They cared for my 6yr old for 3 years (now in school) and my 2 year old has been there since birth. They are like a family and have always showed us and the kids love and kindness along with teaching them skills. Would definitely recommend ?”

“My wife and I highly recommend Primrose at Johnstown Road. Our son went to Primrose from about four months old until a little over four years old. He has had a great experience from start to finish. (He starts a new school in the fall.)Like any other parent, we had a hierarchy of concerns when evaluating a daycare.First and foremost is safety. Unless your child is safe, nothing else really matters. For me, safety means not just safe from outside things (like getting hurt from dangerous conditions) but also safe from harm from a caregiver. I’ve heard too many horror stories about small, in-home daycares. Primrose seemed to take safety as seriously as me, and I never had a concern in that area.Next, when dealing with babies, toddlers, and very young children, it is critical to have a caring environment. Not only were Primrose’s teachers caring and supportive of our son, but so were the administrators and owners. “Caring” goes beyond just knowing each child’s name. Primrose’s team learned who our son was a person and developed a warm relationship with him. And viewing interactions with other children, we were not an exception. Primrose really did make it an environment where our son had a second “family.”The communication from Primrose was great. We always knew what was going on with our son; whether he had a good day, a bad day, wasn’t feeling well, etc. The level and type of communication was also appropriately matched to our son’s age (exactly when and how much a baby eats is important to know whereas by age 4, we can assume our son ate lunch unless told otherwise). Finally, “academics” should be considered, although "academics" is a loose term at ages 0 – 4. But, here’s what I can tell you: Primrose successfully, quickly, and with little effort on our part, potty-trained our son. That alone was a blessing for two busy professionals. Moreover, by age 4, our son developed a great vocabulary, learned his letters, numbers, can write his name (well, he writes all of the letters in the correct order, just not in the correct places!), and, the other night, read most of the words in a simple book. There is no doubt in my mind that he is fully prepared for going to his new school in the fall.In closing, I want to thank Primrose for a great experience. Our family will miss the Primrose family. If you are looking for a daycare, Primrose at Johnstown Road should be your top pick.”

“I love this center and the Directors and Staff! My son is always excited to go to "school" and always comes home feeling great about his day. The center Directors are always welcoming and are great communicators. Though this COVID-19 era has been challenging, this center has been consistent and supportive through all the changes our family (and I'm sure, others) have had to navigate!”
