Selection is kinda small but the employees that work at the Gahanna location are awesome. The young lady unfortunately I don't recall her name helped me buy all the necessary items needed for my.kitten . I'll see how my new kitten does on the products I chose. I like their guarantees, delivery and curbside pickup.

First time in and had a great experience. My sales associate McKinnley was amazing in providing exceptional customer service. She was welcoming, personable and knowledgeable of the products and services as well as gave excellent tips and recommendations. My fur baby absolutely adored her.

The Gahanna Stoneridge Hollywood Feed is awesome. It is rare these days to experience this level of customer service and happy staff. The selection is great and if they don't have it they can order it in for you or send it to your house. It's worth a visit just to meet the upbeat team members!

The staff at this store are so kind. We wanted to buy a harness for our cat so we can try to take him for walks. My daughter's and I brought in our cat to be fitted for the proper harness. We ended up purchasing a small dog harness instead because the cat one they have for sale did not fit. The employee we worked with was so patient and helpful.

This store is very clean, organized and has the best selection of dog kibble and chews. Everyone is SO friendly and nice from the moment I walk in! They're also very helpful with my many questions lol My dog loves coming here with me to visit everyone!! I'd highly recommend this store for your pet needs.
