When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention.
