“I had previously visited the store to review my options for a new phone. I am not tech savvy but Nimo was patient and so very helpful. When i returned to actually purchase phone Nimo still took time to review the family plan i am on, and explain and demonstrate the model i was thinking of. Not only was he working with me, at the same time he was resolving a customer's problem with corporate, again in the same calm manner. And was also trying to get another customer's phone ready to transfer to a new model. We all felt that he was giving each of us his attention. It was amazing to watch him toggle back and forth with each problem with total calm!I totally appreciated all of his help, he explained everything and more with a smile on his face.Nimo should be considered a very valuable asset.
