We highly recommend Lind Automotive. Our van was making a rattling noise when we idled and accelerated, and took it to Tuffy in Gahanna because they diagnose for free and it was the first place we could think of. They called us and quoted us $2200 to fix the problems which they said were "play in the timing belt tensioner and play in the a/c compressor." No matter how many times I asked them to explain to me what "play" meant they just kept saying it.
I searched for a second opinion and came across Lind. I called them and told them what Tuffy said and they quoted us $1400 (already way better). Then we dropped our van off and the mechanic said, "if your a/c is working (it was) then I doubt it's the a/c compressor." They called us to say it was ready at the end of the day and said that the a/c compressor was just fine, no problems, and instead they replaced the serpentine belt in addition to the timing belt tensioner. Final cost was about $800, just over a third of what Tuffy quoted us.
The van sounds great, they did the job quickly and well, for way less, and most importantly they were honest.

I went to Lind's from a recommendation and I couldn't be happier. They were and are always reasonable, understanding, and great to work with. My car has needed a handful of repairs within the past few months. My old "go-to" was asking for outlandish prices (not to mention, a repair almost cost me my car and life). When I finally went ahead and brought it to Lind, not only was it far more reasonable pricing, but the fastest experience I have had and they treated my car like it was their own. They treat their patrons like family and I definitely recommend them. It's always important to support your local businesses, and if you are looking for a new one to not only support but be incredibly satisfied with, Lind Automotive is the place to go!

My experience with Lind Automotive was great! They were already booked for the day, but made time to diagnose my car, and they even did the repair the same day! Amanda and Mr. Lind were friendly and helpful, they were both knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them!

Very happy with service! The front lady is the best - super friendly and smiling and most importantly knowledgeable! She patiently answered all of my questions and the mechanic even came out and explained to me how the water pump works on my car, it was great experience.

Words can't even explain how impressed I am with this body shop. They figured out the problem quickly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions . What they charge is very reasonable. I had a similar thing happen to a different car about 5 years ago and they charged me double what Lind's price was. They had the work done in about 1 day. Never going anywhere else.
